I usually don’t leave google reviews but I have been to the new location 4 times since they opened. Every time Ive had a bad experience. The first time I went right after they opened and they made my salad completely wrong. Which I don’t understand because I didn’t ask for anything on it to be different. So the second time I went I asked the girl taking my order to please make sure they give me the right salad because the last time it was wrong. I was cut off in the middle of my sentence and asked to pull forward. when they gave me the salad it was made wrong again so I tried to tell her and she again cut me off saying that’s how it’s made. i tried to tell her I’ve ordered this salad plenty of times at other locations it’s always made the same. She literally started yelling and cussing me through the window till a manager came and pulled her away. They gave me another salad to replace it that still wasn’t made right. I didn’t go back for a couple months. The next time I went I ordered 2 biggie bags and a kids meal. They forgot the nuggets in the biggie bags. I went again today and ordered the same thing. They apparently they only charged me for one biggie bag and a kids meal. When I tried to explain to the man in the window that I was supposed to have another meal he argued with me about what I order and how it was made I ended up leaving with 3 burgers and none of them were made right🤦♀️ I’ve worked fast food before so I try to be understanding but this...
Read moreI hate to leave bad reviews but this has been ridiculous. Three weeks ago we ordered online for this location. When we got there to pick our food up we were told they hadn't sold two of the things we ordered in awhile and that their frosty machines was already closed down so they could only fill about 1/3 of our order. They asked if we wanted to cancel the order. We said yes since we couldn't get most of what we had ordered. I'm not sure what happened but we never got our money back. I've called the store a few times with no answer, I tried calling the Wendy's Customer service line and it doesn't work. I've filled out multiple complaints and have gotten minimal correspondence, with saying the franchise owner would reach out. The first of those was about a week ago and we have yet to hear from the franchise owner. This wasn't a return, we never received any food, it wasn't something we should have had to wait at all to get the money back for. It shouldn't have taken nearly three weeks without progress. It's ridiculous and wrong. We will not. E returning to this Wendy's and it's made us unsure if we will ever give any Wendy's our money again. We don't have the money to wait 3+ weeks to get the money for something we never received.
That along with how horrible the options for complaints are and that the online order situation doesn't reflect what the restaurants have available is ridiculous. If I could give it zero...
Read moreWhere do I start. First I walk in shortly after 1pm of a Friday afternoon. So I stand at counter as all workers are in eye sight and don't say anything to me. The cashier comes. He is doing his job well. I order and since I'm allergic to cheese I make sure to tell the cashier no cheese or ketchup on burger and to add mayo and jalapeños. I order spicy nugget as well. I get 30 minutes for lunch so I get my food check it and wouldn't you know they can't follow directions. They make the burger the way it says on menu not the way I ordered it. The bread was hard too and the nuggets weren't spicy. So I go back in to tell them my order is wrong. Then instead of taking the receipt to make my order right they ask and I watch as it's still made wrong. I spent my whole lunch break here while they couldn't do their job. I got noting to make up for my loss due to their not paying attention. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up at this location. I'm so done. Wendys was my favorite but I guess I'll be checking for a better fast food as this place has failed to many times. I worked for wendys a long time ago and understand how things are to work there but I guess since I don't speak Spanish they can't understand my needs. So I'll take my white a$$ else where.
