A long time customer. Been doing business with these owners starting with their Wienerschnitzel located in Odessa. I live in Midland and I've been going here ever since this location opened. On October 30th I visited this location with my mom and we both enjoyed our meal, but there was a slight error on the behalf of the establishment concerning our order. It was no big deal and the employee was quick to attempt to fix the problem. Should've been simple. I was charged for an order of chili cheese fries instead of the large fries that I ordered. It was about a two dollar difference in price and the employee wanted to refund back my card. I gave her my card so that she could issue the refund, but instead charged the card again for an incorrect amount. I brought this to her attention and she again asked for my card to issue a refund. This time she charged my card for the correct amount and I thought all was well. My mother and I enjoyed our meal, threw our trash away and went home. Later that evening I noticed that my card was charged three times for three different amounts. I didn't think too much of it at first and just assumed that after two or three days one of the charges would remain and the other two would go away or show as refunded, but that is not what happened. Instead I was charged three times. All three transactions show as completed and final and no refunds at all. Bottom line, I have been overcharged $31.70. I have returned to the location twice now attempting to get this problem resolved and both times I have been told that there is nothing they can do and that only the owners can fix the problem. I showed them proof of the three charges on my phone app. They told me there was nothing they could do since I did not have a receipt. On my first attempt to remedy the problem I spoke with someone named Richard and he was very nice and told me to come back the next day between 11 AM and 5 PM when the owners would be there and they would take care of it. I did just that, but I was told the owners are out of town and I was told again there was nothing that they could do. I have given the employees my name and phone number. I would greatly appreciate it if one of the owners would please reach out to me and fix this. I paid a little over $50 for a $19 meal. Because of this I am not a happy customer. Read moreI visited the Midland location on 06/12/2024 at approximately 12:45, I went inside, when I exited my vehicle there where only 2 cars in the drive thru line. I went to the counter, one other individual was ordering, I sat and realized as I talked to the three others that had already ordered sitting looking anxious, 4 to 5 cars drove thru the drive thru and all 4 of us insiders were still sitting there. I heard and saw the gentleman that took all of our orders be very rude and unkind to one of the other workers, and I politely said sir 4 of us have been waiting while you serve 4 to 5 drive thru people, he looked at me and stated very rudely "WE ARE WORKING ON IT!! I continued and watched while 3 bags of food sat on the counter and I mentioned to him is that one of any of ours, he said hold on just a sec they have been sitting up there ready to go for at least 4 to 5 mins. then he decided to go ahead and call the ones who ordered them and rudely smokle to two of the gentleman that where nothing but polite to him!!! I then decided I didn't want to wait any longer for my food at this time i had to have been there 7 to 8 mins. and I asked for my money back and cancel my order. He chose to ignore me for another 3 mins. and then finally said oh yeah you want your money back huh and laughed. He very rudely said .... Should have gone to McDonald's!!! I told him that's not what I wanted but didn't want his food anymore either!!! he slammed my money back on the counter laughed and walked off continuing to be rude to the other worker.!!! After realizing that she had overcharged me and upsized my meal without asking me and also overcharging me for a kraut dog I went back to explain and ask for a solution she looked at my receipt pointed out a few different things and said oh I even gave you a $0.20 discount to which I explained to her that I did not even want my food upssized and by the way the Kraut dog was overpriced from what the menu said. She proceeded to throw a coin at us and turn away and start bagging other people's food and then when I ask for another solution to why she overcharged us she pulled out a medium sized drink up and tried to bargain with me with a drink cup.
