Purchased a living room set with Tyra about month ago and purchase went seamless. We already knew what we wanted so it was easy. Tyra had an email sent to me before I even walked out the door to purchase at my convenience. I purchased hours later. Then we also seen a bedroom set while in-store looking at living room sets and so again also knew what we wanted. Went in to purchase bedroom set and Courtney assisted us. Again we had already knew what we wanted so again the purchase was simple. Mattress and frame however is a whole different ball game and required major league knowledge. We went in on 2 other occasions prior and did not receive what we needed until the 3rd visit. Third time was a charm in this senecio. TRISTIAN listened to our complaint!! He knew this was not the mattress for BOTH of us. My husband and I both knew we weren’t going to need the required 30 day sleep trial to know this mattress was not going to be our mattress unfortunately we are currently having to wait out the 30 days to exchange. The manager we encountered on the 2nd visit told us it like “breaking in a new pair of shoes” well the husband and myself don’t wear the same pair of shoes and both have separate needs. Tristian heard us because he listened. He had to determine what mattress would be a fit for both of our needs. He even assisted moving the mattress that we are considering to be the trade in to the actual bed frame we purchased to get the actual experience as I was irritated with the bed frame now too because of the horrible mattress experience. The bed frame is a top notch frame with all the bells and whistles so the lumbar option is going to come in useful with our mattress trade in selection but we really needed every bit of his assistance to find the right mattress. Tristian spent the time needed and had all the right skills it takes to be in sales. I believe he is a manager and rightfully so if scenarios as such got him there. It’s a commission based world and when you didn’t make a penny of commission but made a world of a difference for the customers life was enough for him speaks volumes to the customer to continue to doing business with RTG. 20 more days to go to a better sleep. Can’t wait to ditch this Sterns and Foster for the Beauty Rest Black Series 2 medium apex top. Better sleep is yet to come.

With a lot of discussion with the marketing, we finally got what we wanted. We paid it off! they said within 120days if we are not happy with the purchase, we can exchange it. Turned out the bed is a bit soft for my husband (the one we tried feels different than the one we bought even it's the same product) So we set an appointment to have them visited, they never showed (made a call and set a schedule for 3 times) And now we are no longer in 120 days guarantee for exchange, we went to the store and we got nothing, get back home with dissatisfaction and disappointment. so i don't wish anybody get stuff from here.
