Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Midlothian

I usually like the friendly environment of the staff when I walk in to order.I never recieve email discounts this has been the only pizza 0lace in town u have been eating at since they open.Staff and young man that took my order was not friendly argued with me about the coupon price.whitch i did miss under stand.bug i had a a dIscount coupon.He blasted through my ordere and ended up charging me over 16 dollars.I would have walked out went somewere else.I was pucking this pizza up for my sick mother. Besides his attuide the others people looked very frustrated un orgi ized in the kitchen.The kitchen area was trashed food thrown everwere looked like a food fight.Food all over yhere uniforms the floor all over the pizza prep area.The assembly tray was civered looked like no one cared.Only one girl out of maybe 8 people even had there food prep gloves on.I have never seen this placed trashed before even on busy nights on a friday.The utility closet were the cleaning supplies are in the front lobby was wide open.The giy that took my oder friday night about 8pm was a very unhappy emoyee.I didnt see anyone who resembled a...

So I started coming here after moving to the area. I originally fell in love with the Waxahachie store back about 3 yrs ago. The manager there was always so nice. But he left and quality seem to suffer. Then we started using the new location in Desoto. What a great Crew!!! We love their Tuesday BOGO specials!! We've always been able to get the thin crust pizza.....and instead of another pizza we get a bowl. But pay the regular price for the pizza. Because a bowl is CHEAPER than making a pizza. Tonight Morgan and Dee and another person who refused to give her name. Refused the service id always gotten as well as absolutely refused to give me my free pizza. I will be calling corporate and reaching out to the supervisor. I will say Morgan was nice but seemed unable to think on her own, Dee.... rattlesnakes have more personality. I've nothing nice to say about the "I won't give you my name" person. So Domino's, Mr. Jim's, and even Pizza Patron, will most likely be getting of our business from this point forward. Too bad we enjoyed Marco's even buying for workers...

This review is the for the Delivery Person Sarah AND ONLY HER BECAUSE IF I LEFT A REVIEW ON THE LAST FOUR ORDERS BEING F__KED OR THE NIGHTMARE APP OR ALWAYS BEING OUT OF BONELESS WINGS, BURNING MY THIN CRUSTS OR LIKE TONIGHT GIVING ME REGULAR CRUST WHEN I ORDERED LITE ONLY BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS BURN MY THIN CRUST EDGES.

So, Sarah has delivered my orders a few times and she is aways so nice and kind and sympathetic and tries to make the situiation better anyway she can but in all honesty, just having an employee who doesn't act lole " OH WELL TO BAD SO SAD " like most do takes the sting out of the horrible situation. I am a loyal customer even to my own fault and setting myself up for disapointment but I know my purchases like everyones keep wonderfull examples of humanity like her employed but at some point you have to find places that will be consistent in all things. Marcos Pizza can learn alot from the lovely Sarah because her consistency to Customer Service and being a great person in general can not be compared. Thank...
