We ordered online which was a breeze! Even customizing things was simple. No online errors. Deals where easy to apply. Everything to do with the order was perfect!
Service was great! I will state all we had to do was pull up and give our name. However the order was delivered with a smile and politeness.
The food was piping hot and great! The jal bites were just a bit greasy however they were still great! Everything had a great taste and was well worth the price. The jr cheeseburger is quite small. The footlong hotdog is amazing! I'd recommend it without cheese though as the cheese didn't add anything to the meal in my book. The frozen items were ice cold and not melted. Everything was perfect! Read moreI went in tonight and ordered a fish meal, after about 5 minutes a young man came out and said they didn't have any fish would I like anything else. I said I wanted a refund sine I paid with a debit card. I sat for another 15 minutes without one word from anyone else about it. I finally hit the button and asked where my refund was, and a gentleman said it would show up on my card in 2 to 3 days. I asked for a manager and he came out and tried to blame shipping shortages and just about any other excuse he could come up with. Of course I was angry. Take responsibility for your employees not knowing what they don't have and for ignoring a customer. I was in management for over 15 years and the ultimate responsibility for making sure you have inventory and information to employees is the managers. Read moreShout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other!
