I come almost everyday to see how my services will be and all I have to say is Iām very happy,( there is a girl there Iām very happy with when she takes my order sheās always happy and cheerful I swear she is there everyday and sheās always happy and productive when sheās not taking orders sheās helping with handing food out or cleaning.) **disclaimer I always forget her name but this review is about her
Friday or Saturday I came in with my parents who had a hard time seeing the menu and she gave us a paper menu and before we looked she apologized about the prices because they where incorrect which didnāt bother us Iām just glad she told us before we ordered so there wouldnāt be confused. She waited kindly for us to know what we wanted while in the process of us looking the phone was going off and her tablet things went off I believe other workers where on brake and I knew she was waiting on us. She simply apologized to us for taking the called and doing something with the tablets. I understand so did my parents because we still didn't know what to get. Once she was done she apologized aging (like amazing customer service right there multitasking and still worried about us) my father couldnāt make his mind up and yet she stood there sweet and steady answering all his questions. Even wearing a mask I could see she was smiling and happy to help him. She just was amazing and patient with us. I apologized for the the many questions my father asked and she said āno need I love speaking with the elderly and I love seeing family eat together and he was so sweetā. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday a friend and I met for lunch at the Moochies in Midvale. We were the first two customers and both of us ordered at the same time. My order was a 6 inch Philly, fries and water. A few minutes after ordering my friends meal was done and at the counter. People started coming in and ordering their lunches and your employees never called my name. About 15 minutes later my friend asked them where my food was and they stated they had to get new meat. That was strange as other people were eating their Phillies after I had ordered. Once my friend was about done I went to the counter and asked where my food was. Your employees were pointing to where other sandwiches were and they never found it. Needless to say our lunch break was over and I never got my order. I asked for a refund which they did give back to me but I through in $5.00 into the tip jar as I know what Covid did to the restaurants and always try to help the people working there. I was not about to fish my tip out of the jar so I am out that. A table next to us had a wrong order given to them and we began talking to those people. They could not understand how I had never gotten my food but they had gotten theirs. When they informed an employee that one order was wrong they were given 4 sandwiches for free because of the mistake. Because of the way this was handled my friend and I will never give back and eat at the restaurant. We use to go there all the time, and it is unfortunate that you have lost our business. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a chicken parm over the phone and paid for it (which they require for phone orders). When they brought out my food, it was an eggplant parm. I went back into the store with the wrong sandwich and talked to the same girl who took my order over the phone and walked my order to my car and she asked for a receipt. No problem, but I didnāt have one because my order was placed over the phone. I asked if it mattered because she talked to me, took my payment and delivered my food for proof of purchase. I just wanted the sandwich I ordered. She continued to ask for a receipt only to see if it was her fault or mine. I asked if I was going to get my sandwich that I paid for, which they did make, after she found my receipt and showed me where the eggplant sandwich was shown on the receipt so I was at fault. I told her that is not what I ordered, but during the order we had a bad connection because of reception. There was a lot of repetition. I had her read back my order to me and she had my request correct. I donāt care whoās fault it was, all I wanted was the sandwich that I originally ordered over the phone. It was crazy how much I had to go through and how they had to āproveā I was the one at fault, when really the fault could lie anywhere.
