Update 3/2/18. Tried again, just blown away by the incompetent workers and especially the one that would fail a drug test. And if she didn't fail, why would you hire someone that acted totally high? Who is managing this burger king??

Went through drive thru, was told to park by the golden chick sign. Another car already waiting, 3 cars behind me waiting. Waiting line started wrapping around building. 2 cars in back of line got their order and left, another 2 cars waiting, so 6 cars waiting. I waited 16 min before I went in to request a refund. The girl that told me to park by the sign acted as if they didn't know where I was. Then the manager came up and said they told me we were waiting on the eggs, that they just got ready and about to make my order. I wasn't told anything but to pull by the sign. And it doesn't take 16 min to make eggs. I got a refund and left. First off, if your behind, quit telling cars to move forward and get their orders done. One maybe, but not 5 or 6. This is poor management which causes loss of return business. Know what I ordered? 2 value burritos and 2 sausage croissants. No drinks or sides. I left and went to mcds around the corner who had a full line also, but it only took 2 min to get through and on my way. So it took less time to get a refund, go to mcds and get food then it took just waiting on eggs. Time was 10am. I usually prefer Burger King over mcds but this wasn't one of those times. I only put a star because Google still doesn't want folks to be totally looking dumbfounded. This place is the worse, and the management is even worse than burger king itself these days. That Spanish lady, manager on first shift has no customer relations, she always looks like she is stoned out of her mind and she holds her staff to 0% accountability. I've had several different mishaps with them and honestly this location should not even exist, especially when there just basically taking people's money. Today my perks got taken and ten minutes later I was advised that everything I ordered except the fries were out of stock and I wasn't notified until after the fact. Manager lady took 10 minutes to come out of the office when I was literally the only customer at the restaurant at the time. Then proceeds to not even apologize for her employees mishap but try and ward me off and push me out the door and even walked off on me when she was done talking. What a waste of space and time for everyone. The whole place needs to be re staffed, re evaluated or shut down completely. I know those 100 bucks I was spending a week will now go to a worthy advisory of theirs. Folks can take a heart out and replace it without incident but, they can't talk or make a simple burger the right way, burger king is...
