Two coworkers and I decided to try Zeus the Greek for the first time for a Wednesday lunch!! Our selections included the Gyro Salad, a Gyro with Fries, and a Chicken Shawarma sandwich.. All of our food items were delivered reasonably fast, fresh, and packed with great flavor.. I personally ordered the chicken shawarma and opted for light onions.. The sandwich was delightfully fresh, and all of the ingredients combined for a great flavor.. The sandwich alone was perfectly filling, too, which was an unexpected bonus.. Customer service was fantastic, the restaurant had a wonderfully simple vibe, and the food was great.. If you are into freshly prepared sandwiches with a Greek, Mediterranean, or Middle Eastern flair, you should give Zeus the Greek a shot.. We're already planning our next visit!!

TLDR: Scratches the itch, but nothing revolutionary. Came here a week or two ago for a quick lunch. I got the Gyro Sandwich, falafel, and Tabouli. The sandwich was good, but a little bland. I sort of wanted a bit more greasy salty savory goodness from a classic Gyro. Falafel was fantastic. Crispy, hot and herby. Loved it. The tabouli was good to me, but others at my table thought it was over salted (given, I love salt, so that tracks). From what I gathered, it was their opening week, so a bit of leniency on figuring everything out. Overall, I won’t make a specific trip over here for it, but if I’m nearby it’s definitely a good option.

I ordered the gyro salad which was ok the sauce was a bit sour and the meat was not cut up it was in very long strips which was difficult to eat as they only give you forks no knives. I was a bit upset that I had to pay 1.99 for tap water out of a drink dispenser. I went to the counter and asked about the charge on my ticket and asked was I supposed to get a bottled water (which was in a cooler in lobby) he said no that's just how it rings up. I have NEVER had to pay for tap water so I was a bit put off with that. So there was thier tip. Service was fast and employees were very friendly.

They should rename this place to Zeus's Romper Room.

It was very obvious that this is a family ran business. Which is fine until the children turn the restaurant atmosphere into something less than I had ever anticipated. Screaming, Crying, Loud Laughter and so on. Unfortunately, the two tv's were paused which did not help drown out the ruckus from their kids. Momma bear seemed to think her little darlings were cute as can be. They were out of control! The half inflated balloons that lay lifeless on the floor from the "grand opening" decor, found themselves be thrown at the patrons, by guess who? LOL!

The food was ho-hum, to say the least. I had the gyro sandwich and the ingredients were very skimpy. Nothing like Akopolis on Air Depot. Seems, "Flavor" was not invited to this taste testing party.

The restaurant seemed very clean, the time it took for me to get my food after rendering payment was too long. Perhaps I was becoming restless due to the family fiasco in the dining area of the restaurant.

Hopefully the Zeus's family will get it together before you visit. I think once was enough...

Very new business. One worker was very serious about making food, maybe wore out, no smile, but clean and accurate. One worker unable to run register without help, rang up order, but served it as a to go instead of dine-in. Was that on purpose? Hopefully not. Also clean, but seemed nervous and didn't converse. The atmosphere was nice and clean, open, and not loud. The menu and variety were up to par. Once they get the patterns of customer flow down, they should get better at customer service. The food we ordered was a pound of meat and 2 large sides of sauce. Unlike other Greek places, once cut, the meat was not fried or otherwise heated again. The sauce was a little bland. It could use a hint of dill, or maybe it was mixed thoroughly and I just got the tail end. Not sure. I will definitely give this place another try after a month. Should be flowing...
