August 2025: Still sucks. Three filled donuts with barely enough filling for one. These people are horrible at their jobs. Don't eat here.
Update:: The window and Google both say this place opens at 4:30, but at 6:00, no one answered. At 6:30, they didn't have donuts yet. This really is just the worst location. I recommend Douglas Donuts off 29th if you want service... or you know, donuts.
This place is a disappointment most of the time. The staff is polite enough, but the last few times I've bought an ice cream cake, it's looked like I could have done a better job decorating it myself with the help of a YouTube video. Those cakes are expensive enough that they really should look as advertised. When I buy donuts, I always go for the filled ones, but 9/10 times, there's almost nothing in them, even though their prices have gone up. Read moreThis location is probably the worse I have been to. The orders are always inconsistent, and recently when I have come my order is wrong.
I stopped at another location and they were kind enough to remake my order, commenting that it looked like I only got a cup of milk( which is exactly what it tasted like).
The next day the drink was so sweet I couldn't drink it.
I thought it may have been miscommunication in drive through so I ordered through the app, and it was still incorrect. 3 shots of flavored swirl were put in rather than the 1 I asked for(its sweetened so easy to taste the difference), and I received everything bagel minis rather than plain I ordered. All while I waited 20 min in the drive threw bc the lobby was closed.
Consistency is key when you are preparing someone's beverage or meal. (I too have been behind the counter and prepared food and beverages, even coffee for people).
It's doubtful I'll be back to this location with as many better, consistent, local...

I needed coffee for about 100 people and ordered two Cambros of coffee over the phone. When I arrived in the morning to pick it up, they had made ICED COFFEE. You know, perfect for a cold November morning and 100% NOT what I ordered. Keep in mind that they had already screwed up the order multiple times and given me a refund for incorrect charges. When they finally agreed to give me a full refund (this was not their first solution btw) they tell me that I have to physically possess the card and receive the refund in person.
