I came through the drive-thru. The manager said please pull forward to b off his clock, since he was still trying to finish shift change amd to give him 5 minutes. After waiting 7 minutes I tried to come through it again to see if he was ready to take orders. Which he wasn't, so I parked in the parking lot and waited. Other cars came in the line amd he kept saying give me 5 minutes, I'm trying to do shift change. After couple minutes he (the manager) stepped out amd yelled across keep driving through the line I'm ready for you I have all the time (not very professional since there were at least 3 other cars and more trying to go through the drive-thru. At 9:25 I placed my order, after paying I was told to pull up front and they would bring my food out. After waiting 20 minutes where I could see it on the counter table (if you watch the cameras you can verify the time that it sat there). I went through the drive-through trying to see the status of my order. When someone came over the intercom and said oh you had that order its been ready. My question is why ask me to pull to the front if your not going to bring the food out. When I got home (be advised I live 5 minutes away from the store) my food was cold at this point. This isn’t the first time they didn’t put items in my bag. I decided to call and see if they would fix the issue. The person I talked to said to come back in and they’d give me the item they didn’t put in my bag. I asked if they could give me any money off of my order since now I have to waste more of my gas and time to come back in and get the item that they didn’t put in my bag. The person I was talking to didn’t like that and started yelling at me to come in and make him give me money. I hung up instead of listening to the guy yell at me because they messed up. Needless to say, they don’t care about their customers so I’ll never return. If you do go, I’d recommend holding up the line and going through each of your items to make sure they are all there. Thankfully I listened to my friend and checked our bag bc they had forgot 2 things. So I pulled around to park. Their entrance is a little annoying, you have to walk around this metal thing instead of just walking straight to the door. Running inside wasn’t a big deal, I didn’t have anywhere to be, just a little annoying. I had to wait a few mins but they gave me the missing food. I wasn’t a fan of the way I’m guessing he was the manager- some bigger guy older then the drive thru girl spoke to her, i personally think he could have been kinder and less stern.
