First time customer overall experience 6/10. Brought my mom in for her birthday gel pedi and full set and got my self the same. Pedicure by Mack was good! She was thorough, friendly , and sweet . The ONLY person to speak and greet us. She made sure my mother and I felt comfortable and asked if we were okay or needed anything. 10/10 But that’s all. The vibe: 5/10 - Beautiful shop, lack customer friendliness. If you don’t want people to speak to you, then you’ll love it here. Only person to greet us was the lady that did our pedicure with a positive attitude. Service: Receptionist 5/10- I called the day prior to the appointment. Not sure if he knows what active listening skills are because I didn’t ask for my appointment to change. I was just trying to confirm two appointments they didn’t even need to be at the same time. He kept reiterating that appointments can change I already knew I read the fingerprint. But It’s not what I asked for. It all worked out, but when I was there he seemed very nonchalant and closed off. Not sure why he didn’t make eye contact or say “hello” “thank you” or “goodbye” after we paid. I had two gift cards not sure if that’s what changed him even more because he seemed a little irritated? Or thought we wouldn’t tip? Nail tech Bidhya 5/10- l’m not sure if she mumbles when she talks but I’ve heard her talk to other people and speak up. There’s only two words she said to me “what length” and “what color”. There is no conversation or checking in on me during my service. EarPods in and she didn’t even say goodbye when I left after giving her a $10 tip. Bidhya was the first I person saw & I spoke to when I arrived, and she didn’t even greet me and mother just looked at me and mumbles “name”. She seems like she was in a rush to go to lunch. Nail tech Mya 10/10 was great with my mother and did a great job on her nails. My mother loved the experience with my and Mack! FYI* There are 2 confirmations needed. Your appointment time is only a “request” until they confirm your booking and even then you have 3 hours prior to your appointment before they may change the time by 15 to 30 minutes without notice. Which I thought was weird but understand it’s for business needs. Also, keep in mind when booking you only have “1 hour” to confirm your “The day of your service” or they will cancel or reschedule. I personally will not be returning and would not recommend. But maybe it’s just the holiday season.

This was my first time to the salon. My nail tech was named Mya she first tried to tell me that since I have dip nails that they had to be soaked off every time, and I said no, they do not because I’ve been going to the same nail salon for a year and she has never taken my dip completely off she’s always filled them then she tried to tell me that my nails were acrylic. No, ma’am these are my nails so she got a little upset. I really didn’t care at that point I got her to fix my nails the way they were supposed to be done so then she began to shake my nails and she said you want them spray on the top and round around the edges. Yes, I do didn’t realize it until after I left how messed up she has got my nails there’s dips in the top they’re not straight across one of them round all the way , others have divots in them. The tips of them are painted. It’s the worst job I’ve ever seen or ever had in my life. I I usually don’t complain and I don’t have them fix them because I know as a server for years I need it independent on my tips so I even gave this girl a tip although the work was shotty unprofessional and now I’ve got to go home and I’ve gotta shape my nails then I have to repaint my nails I am disgusted by this Whole experience. I. would not suggest this place to anyone.

I politely came in and wanted to get my nails done, I haven’t been to this establishment before. The owner or manager was acting very nervous about my presence, I was dressed appropriately in a hoodie set but even if I didn’t there is no dress code anywhere in the store. I am a very nice person and he was very stand of ish. I sat down to get my tips on my nails because he mentioned it would help the process go faster. Which is odd but helpful I was willing to agree, I mentioned what shape I wanted and length the whole 9 yards. After I got up from the seat, the manager immediately wiped the seat with sanitizer and wiped down every area I was at or would’ve possibly touched and tried to play it off by wiping the back of the workers seat towards the head rest area but did not do the same to anyone else or any other worker. I was treated less than for no apparent reason at all. I am appalled. It was discrimination at its finest. I waited patiently for the nail artist to finish her appointment as soon as that appointment left he didn’t spray her chair for me to sit in. I felt so uncomfortable. He definitely values his white clientele. I paid for my nails and left I will never be coming back. I can’t believe I was treated this way.

Hello, I came in today with my cousin as soon as the doors opened, we did not have an appointment, so we wanted to get there early. As soon as we walked in we were treated with nasty tones by the receptionist and employees. They argued amongst each other on whether they would be able to do my full set. Then I was told by the nail tech they would be able to do it if I got a short set. This was my first nail experience. I was very excited, but was nervous because of the atmosphere. The woman who was doing my nails had an employee come by and remind her she had a 11:00 am appointment, she then responded by saying she would have to be late because I wanted nail art too, this made me feel unwanted and unwelcome. She didn't’ talk to me at all, not even small conversations. She wasn't even able to communicate with me on moving my hands or fingers, but just yanked and jerked them to put them where she needed them. Again this is my first full set. I have had mani’s before , but never acrylics. This place does not advertise any prices within the shop nor was it discussed beforehand, however she did tell me how most of the stuff I was requesting would be extra. When I went to pay I handed him a $100 bill and the male receptionist said “ok have a nice day” without giving me my change. I was just stunned by the whole experience and assumed he was keeping the remainder for the tip. At this point we just left and I didn’t mention the change. After I was halfway through the parking lot, he yelled at me to see if I wanted my change. This was not a good experience and I will...

I loved coming here to get my nails done I just moved to Columbus and finally found a salon where I felt comfortable and got my nails done nicely. I had an appointment booked for a few days ago and unexpectedly got called into work. I can not be on my phone at work and while I was driving to work I got my confirmation text that says reply Y for confirmation and N for cancellation. I hit N because I had to cancel my appointment and when I got time at work I was going to call and reschedule. By the time I got done work the salon was closed and I couldn’t call. I just tried to book an appointment online with the fabulous Miss Angel and it won’t let me make an appointment. Maybe don’t send clients a “confirmation text” if you’re going to ignore them? 😁 food for thought.

Reply Back to the owner I first started out with a tech who no longer works for this salon and if I couldn’t make my appointment she told me to shoot her a text, which I did. When you work in a management position where if someone calls off you have to go in and that’s happened to me many times on my days off. I also have left reviews on Facebook and I always posted my nails on Instagram 💅 I also didn’t get paid for coming in that day I’m salary btw! So next time I will leave my team understaffed and I will explain to my boss our planes went out late because I had a nail appointment 🤣 Make sure you include in your reply the appointment in December, January,...
