Why do I waste my time ordering from this place? My boyfriend and I have dined in and ordered take out numerous times but the food was eventually so bad that we stopped ordering and started to go to Polaris (which was a little out of the way but tasted better). Well, today we were out running errands and I wanted penn and we were near this location.... he went inside to order take out and when we got home I checked the ticket. The grilled onions that I ordered were not on the sandwich, it looks like it was missing the cheese, I hate tomatoes and didnt order them yet they were on the sandwich, along with doubled banana peppers, when I didn't ask for double. I had to fix up the sandwich at home to make it taste better. My boyfriend said his plain turkey tom from jimmy johns has more flavor than the Reuben he ordered. This location needs to start handling pick up/take out orders with the same care that they would give to a dine in customer.

First, let me say the sandwich was great. The place looks like it's shut down at 5:30pm on a Saturday it was dark inside the OPEN sign was off not good. The service as VERY POOR I spent $25 bucks and Breanna the person that took my order might have been having a bad day and make it a point to make my customer interactions very poor. She acted like she was doing me a favor taking my order even a woman that came in later to order she gave an attitude for no reason. The place seemed different it wasn't as clean as in the past. There was a bucket of dirty water on the counter right where your ordering and paying.Torn up stool tops. I guess maybe thay had a change in management or ownership. I know its just hard to find friendly help but you can certainly do better than the lady up fornt...Do yourself a favor and pass on this place for now.

Poor service (with the exception of the female cashier) and poor food quality. I paid $17 for the monthly special combo. My sandwich had barley any meat and was dry. My fries were cold and hard. I stood for several minutes before anyone took my order, even though I was the only customer present. The guy making sandwich’s was clearly work on an online order as he stated repeatedly “I’m going to kill this guy if he doesn’t come pick this up”. I am not as bothered by the service as I am with the food quality. It was terrible!!

I never have written one review before, but this was obnoxious. This place needs new management at this time.

I walked in and began to order and then a woman not in uniform came over to the guy ordering telling him he needed to go attend to a child.

The woman begins to take my order and then walks off and doesn’t confirm it’s done or anything, so I walked down the line.

There were about 3-4 kids running around the restaurant the entire time, playing with the soda machine, filling up cups then dumping them in the trash, yelling, crying, and playing with toys on the open floor. One of the toys was a fire truck that one child would push across the floor hitting customers sitting down.

Every customer in the place seemed annoyed after about 15 minutes of this going on.

I get my food finally and it’s wrapped in a to go wrap and bagged up. I ordered it for here. Then, the children continue to make noise, nobody attends to them, their toys are scattered everywhere, and they’re making a mess with fountain drinks spilling all over the restaurant.

Sure, this might be a one time occurrence, but definitely was not professional; it was severely obnoxious.

If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. It was an awkward environment where kids were playing and yelling and making messes, but no parent attended to them and let them do all of this.

I used to come here often a few years ago and the staff was on point. Not coming back unless I see more...

Rarely do I ever do this, and the times I have it was to give a good review; but today no so, I can’t even believe I’m here sharing this. One of the most horrible experiences I have had! I placed an online order and received notification it would be ready at 12:59 so I grabbed my grandson something he could eat then arrived to get my order only to be told by an employee laughing it would be another 15mins; frustrated I left to take my grandson home to eat his food and headed back to get mine. I asked twice if the order was complimentary since I had to come back no one answered, finally the manager comes out and the things she said to me verbatim “You get your food when we can get it to you” “We did over $1000 today” “Bro you are really getting on my nerves I wish you would leave” “bye have a good day” “You don’t even have to eat here” “my name is on the door” “you will get the receipt when I give it to you”

Don’t get me wrong I was absolutely giving attitude right back because I was in utter disbelief a manager was talking like this with such intensity and basically bullying me. I have been a LONG time customer but today was definitely my last visit - after all that I got home, the fries were for my grandson and they were not done (not one fry) and the chicken on my sandwich was also not done!! UNBELIEVABLE describes...

Well, the prices are absurd. 17 bucks total reg Ruben small Fries and a drink. 17 bucks. The sandwich was average, nothing to write home about. The fries were fine, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere seemed a bit off right away. They were doing some sort of inspection guy with a clipboard stop watch and Penn Station jacket. Which had them on their toes, but it didn't feel genuine.

We work around the corner, and I have not been to this location. The last time I visited PS was the east broad street location, and I had not been back because the prices then were extremely high. This was years ago. The food for the value just is not there, and it's still not there.

My buddy got 2 subs and a 5 it was only 5 bucks more than my order to include a drink and fries. That is wild to me..

They did have some free chocolate chunk cookies set out, but I bet that had more to do with the inspection. They were free tasty.

I will probably not make a habit of getting racked for 17 bucks for...
