Summary: Terrible speed of service, more expensive than Sunbury’s, and overall way worse quality of the snow in the cones. Just go to Sunbury’s.

Love the snowballs. Biggest problem here is the speed of service. Too often there is only one person working who has to work the windows AND the drive through. It took over 30mins for a snowcone. Where are the owners to lend a hand to the poor worker? The window workers are very nice and go as quick as possible but the wait time is unacceptable and what brings it down.

EDIT: After getting a snow cone with no cream I ordered and my GF getting a snow cone that was so hard she could not eat it, I am no longer coming here. Go to the one in Sunbury. It’s cheaper by a dollar, orders are never messed up (even when they get super busy), and it should be noted that after coming here and being disappointed we did go to the one in Sunbury and got our snow cones within 5-7 mins, while it was busy. There are so many flavors to choose from. It's great to have dairy free and gluten free options for cold desserts. Many options for combinations and toppings too. The staff was friendly. I love how excited the girl at the window was when I ordered a pup cup... almost as excited as my furbaby.
