I have just had the most horrendous experience ever with a Domino's location due to Justin, the manager. His unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service is beyond any I have ever come in contact with. To begin with, my order was incorrect with the wrong sauce on my pizza, then when I called the store, no one answered the first 3 times I called. On the 4th attempt, Justin answered but I could not understand what he said. I asked, "Is this Domino's?", and he snipped back, "That's what I said." I responded, "Excuse me?" and he hung up. I immediately called back and asked for a manager to which he answered he was. I informed him that he was rude and unprofessional to which he could not fathom how his smart aleck comment was rude. Unbelievable! Then he went on to argue with me that the pizza was correct which it was not, refused to identify himself as a matter of corporate policy, and then called me irate after becoming upset over a botched order and his complete lack of common decency. This location is without question the absolute worst Domino's I have ever interacted with due wholly and singularly to the actions of one individual. So, if you order from there, ask if Justin is working. If so, hang up and call another...

Read moreMine was a truly abysmal experience. To refer to the OBJECT I received as a pizza stretches the definition of the word. There was so little dough of any kind that the depth of it could be measured in molecules. The absolutely paper-thin bed of dough throughout the "pizza" was topped with nothing but a solid 1/4" of cheese. Does this sound like a meal? Does it sound like food that I should be paying my hard-earned money for? I don't think so. What's more, this isn't the first time I've received inedible food from this establishment. I suspect that an issue of workplace culture is at play here and nothing short of changing management entirely could rectify an environment that is so outright hostile to the customer. I am offended at the idea that this might be considered a fair...
