Well, where to begin? I guess Iāll start by saying I will never visit this location again! I have been here on numerous occasions and have seen the dining room a filthy disaster while employees stood around in the back talking amongst themselves and or hanging out the back door smoking in what appears to be group sessions. Bathrooms are disgusting and if I were you, Iād pull the pop nozzles off to see if theyāve actually been cleaned because last time I checked them, they were absolutely nasty!! I have always refused the drinks that come with meals at this location for that reason. Now letās talk food. Itās not that itās bad, itās just that they never have extra crispy chicken!! I was told tonight, 07/07/2024 at 6:30pm that they were out and that it was because it was late. That always seems to be the excuse no matter what time I show up! Sometimes they will ask if I want to wait and they would make a fresh batch, I wasnāt asked that at all on this occasion. In fact, the gentleman behind the counter acted like he didnāt really want to be bothered. Again, I was there at 6:30, they close at 9:30, thatās 3 whole hours!!!!!!!!!! Not sure why they didnāt plan ahead when they got low? I mean, itās not rocket science. I just donāt understand why they never seem to be prepared. At this point, I want to contact Popeyes chicken headquarters and ask them to build a Popeyes right across the street from KFC and shut that location down!! Also, I was originally going to order an 8 piece meal+8 piece tenders deal and was told I have to place that order online otherwise it would be a lot more expensive. I told the cashier that was ridiculous to which he agreed so I placed a different order instead. Of all the times I have visited other locations, I donāt remember ever being told theyāre out of extra crispy chicken, itās only this location....

This was my visit at the Milan, IL location. The cashier and the manager were friendly enough, and I gave the upsell a shot after ordering a breast and a leg. I returned to where I was after getting my food, finding out that there were two legs instead of a leg and a breast, and the rest of the food I just couldn't eat (I don't like gravy, the biscuit was incredibly dry). After 15 minutes of trying to call the store to try and rectify the mistake,only to be told the line was busy, I gave up. I don't plan on returning to the store, as I have a high code of conduct: anyone can make a mistake, but it's how you handle or don't handle that tells me the kind of...

When I asked about it I was told since I didn't get the drink it was not considered a meal, everything rang up seperate. O.K.
