Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Milford Charter Township

I ordered a delivery from this location and it arrived over an hour late, when I called after about 50 minutes of waiting to see if the pizza was on its way I was greeted with attitude from the staff telling me “yeah it’s on its way it’ll be there“ when the pizza finally arrived the box was falling apart soaked with grease and absolutely disgusting when I went to pick up a slice my fingers completely went through the pizza it had The consistency of applesauce. I then brought the pizza back up to the restaurant to request a refund, and that is usually not what I do, so I was trying to be really nice about it and still receive more attitude from the staff like I was being such an inconvenience to their night. I have been a Hungry Howies customer for over 20 years and for the first time in those 20+years I am hugely disappointed. I went to the Milford location and was greeted by an advertisement for the dance project at Highland United methodist church. I was unaware that Hungry Howies allowed this type of behavior so I left a note for the manager or an owner who wasn’t present and asked if I could advertise for an Atheist group and left my name and number, I have had no response. I will no longer be eating at Hungry Howies if this person leaves that ad up, the dance is on January 25th and I live close enough that I will be checking to see if it is still there. Horrible experience. Ordered curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready at 6:06. I arrived and called at 6:06 to let them know I was there, there was no mention of possible delays. I wait 20min while watching people coming in and out with their orders. I finally go in to find out my order has been sitting in the “warmer”.
