Burger King — Restaurant in Milford

I went through the drive through a few weeks ago. Somehow the orders were offset by an order. I got the wrong food, and it was a lot more than I ordered. I went inside, told them I had the wrong food and asked how much my card was charged. The associate jumped into action and found the slip with my card number on it. He confirmed that I was charged $13 instead of the expected $9. His manager came right over without even needing to be called for. She quickly went to the drive through clerk and told her something, then went to the person putting together the orders. I only speak English so I don't know exactly what she said, but it was in a calm and informative manner, from her motions it seemed like she was taking the moment for retraining. While all this was happening the original associate explained they would cancel my charge and recharge me correctly. I did have to wait longer than I wanted for my food, but I understand its because they had to put the order in again. I gave them 4 stars because I even though it was an unfortunate incident causing me to go inside, I was very happy with how quickly they handled it, and I was glad to see the manager spending time with her employees to correct the mistake...

The only way to describe this place is horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich med onion ring and a med hi-c. Easy. First lets start by saying i shouldnt be sitting at a drive thru window for 15 minutes unless its lunch rush. Even then your pushing it. Then while im waiting, the manager has her shoes half way off exposing her bare feet. Gross. Then another worker filling the ice machine was in shorts and flip flops. Now that im officially aggrevated i look thru the window to where the sandwiches are made and low and behold a young girl who is suppose to making sandwiches is texting on her cellphone with her gloves on. She then puts her phone in her back pocket and goes to make a sandwich. I grab the manager tell her about the phone and she says she is sorry but they are very busy. No your not busy your workers are to busy being on their phones texting then putting their nasty little hands on my food. Please skip this restaurant. Id...

This place was awful. Attempted to grab a quick meal thinking the drive through would be faster and was stuck in line for 15 minutes. 7 out of the fifteen I was waiting for the young lady that was supposed to be making my sandwich but was texting on her cell phone. You can clearly see her texting then start my order then stop working and go back to texting while my food was waiting on the table and me waiting at the window. Also she moved seamlessly from my food to her phone without removing her gloves. After leaving I did not even eat the sandwich with a clear understanding of what bacteria and pathogens reside on a cell phone. I only order three items and spent 5 minutes per item willing at the drive through window alone. Not to include the time I spent waiting to order and in line before the window... Will never go back there and would encourage others not to as well... I'm only putting one star because I am...
