I’ve always written a good review about this place but this time I am so mad words can’t even express how angry I am. I ordered a bowl on DoorDash. I usually always get my order correctly and it’s always delicious. All I got was a bowl of rice and beans. I drove all the way to Milford with a sick eight month old because doordash wouldn’t re deliver my order. The guy at the counter said he was the manager, and wouldn’t make direct eye contact with me. He was not nice at all and was very standoffish towards me and very awkward. It made me extremely uncomfortable. He said he would make me a new bowl, so they did, but the girl that gave it to me didn’t even look at me or say a word And when I got home, I took one bite and immediately knew why. There was rotten chunks of avocado. The corn salsa was bad and the steak that I had didn’t even taste like steak, I don’t know what it was it was covered, actually drenched in cilantro. It’s so disrespectful, especially a mom who is already struggling. I had to throw my whole bowl out and literally balled my eyes out. I hope you guys have the day...
Read moreSo, I have been a patron of this chipotle for as long as I could remember. Usually there are no problems, but I had a really bad experience today. I opened up my chipotle burrito which was supposed to lack beans and it didn’t. I took a big bite of the burrito and - bazinga - the taste of beans flooded my mouth. I decided to keep eating it to give this new ingredient a try. As I got deeper and deeper I discovered that there was hot sauce in the burrito as well! I don’t handle hot stuff that well so this really messed me up. I ended up throwing away half of the burrito. This really made me sad as I was really excited about eating this hurried hence I why I am leaving a 2 star review. As a human who averages 4 visits a week and gives this establishment a lot of my money, I hope that the CEO, Mr. Chipotle, takes a look a the practices this chipotle is committing. As punishment, I will be ordering from QDoba for the next 4 days. I hope you guys realize that you hurt a very valuable customer and change your practices...
Read moreThis week is the 1st time I've been to Chipotle. Both times I ordered the Carne asada and it was soon good. The meat melted in my mouth. So, I went back again today and got the same dish. The 1st 3 bites all had the steak and it was non chewable and I had to take each one out because you just couldn't chew it. It's expensive enough going through the line and when they ask "Do you want this and that," I answered yes and no for each different type of food. When I got to the cash register instead of the $13 I paid both times it cost me $23.00 I didn't ask for anything extra but whatever they asked me I thought it was all included like their picture shows. But, nope! They got me good today but I'll never go back. For $23.00 I could have gotten a good lunch and not a bunch of non-chewable meat at any other place. They absolutely screwed me good this time but...
