Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Milford

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went pickup my order with my dad to take home and It said it would be ready by 7:40, one of the workers went on their break and left a bunch of orders uncovered on the line. My dad had told them if our order was one of the ones sitting out we wanted it remade because it had been out for a good hour and a half, one of the other workers said that our order had not been made yet, so we waited and waited then another worker asked what the name was on the order so we told him the name and he went and looked for our order, mind you we had been watching the whole time and the bag he grabbed that was our order had been sitting there for 45 minutes. Me and my dad checked the food and it was ice cold, the worker said nothing about it and went back to doing what he was doing. It was also very dirty inside and the cashier was touching the cash and then was touching...

Well, it's the New Kid in Town, so the crowds came out in the first full week. Kudos to the Chipotle Crew for keeping the waiting lines moving and festive! Service is very good, and the portions are pretty generous. Folks are excited for spice.

The fresh-food smells and flavors are there when you come inside. Drive through is not the way to go here. There was Brazilian club music, which helped to put everyone inside in a festive mood. Come inside the Store and let your senses feast and even try something new...brown rice, black beans, prebiotic sodas, sour cream, spicy salsa, etc.

You can sit in your car anytime. Just do everyone a favor and clean your table up after you are done. That way, the team can focus on food production and stocking up the food line. ...

So it doesn't take a lot to be a Chipotle, but unfortunately this place was pretty weak. First of all, you have to wait a long time before someone actually acknowledges you, let alone helps you. Secondly, that was one of the worst put together burritos I've ever had. Instead of spreading the ingredients out so that you get a bite of everything, you get the great adventure of having a mouthful of cheese, then a mouthful of tomato, etc. Notice I didn't say meat, as there was a dearth of that.
