I live locally and for the past year every time I have gone in here, it’s a hot mess! They usually have no host. Last time I came in and sat myself at the bar to get a drink while ordering to go after not being greeted for ten minutes. It was a new bartender on and her boyfriend was sitting at the bar apologizing for her. It took her 20 minutes just to get the to go order and by the time I ordered my drink, a Mudslide, it took her ten minutes of her running around trying to find the ingredients/instructions to make it. The milk was frozen! And the blender was so disgusting that the girl showed it to me and said idk if you want something from this, it’s gonna take a while to clean. It looked like it just needed to be thrown away at that point! Then yesterday, (Fathers Day) I called and ordered a to go order, they said about 25 minutes showed up 35 minutes later and when I walked in the bartender asked if I ordered online and when I said no she asked who took my order and I said a girl did. My order was never put in and she had to put it in while I was there. The restaurant was full it looked like they had about 2 servers for the whole restaurant and the bartender was taking tables as well the host was helping to get peoples orders in. As there was only ONE cook in the kitchen! As I was waiting a people kept coming in and it got to the point about 10 people were waiting in the lobby and hadn’t been spoken to by anyone that works there once. Finally after about 20 minutes the girl I believe was the hostess, came out to let them know that they were so backed up they were on a 20 minute wait. She didn’t get the guests names or info to start a seating line chart or anything. The bartender actually had to go back to the kitchen to help cook! Her name is Cait and that’s the only employee from what I’ve seen and experienced over the times I’ve been here that deserves a promotion or raise at the very least. at this point make her a manager or something because this location...
Read moreMy 75-year-old handicap aunt/God mother invited me to lunch. We chose RT for the salad bar. We entered and my shoes stuck to the tile floor, making a noise every time I lifted my foot. We waited at the host stand for greater than 7 minutes until my Aunt asked a passing waitress if there was a host. While we waited another 4 minutes for the host to appear, feet sticking to the floor as I paced, I could see several tables unbussed while others were sitting in the dirty dining areas eating. When the host did appear she stated to my aunt "We are on a twn minute wait." My Aunt and i looked around at a fairly empty resaurant and asked why? The host took a defensive stance and tone and stated to my Aunt, Am I putting your name down? My auntbsaid yes and she (the host) said you can sit out in the lobby. The lobby is unairconditioned , we did sit out there so my aunt didn't have to stand. When the young lady host started to lead us to our seats she turned and walked backwards and stated to myAunt "I dont know why you are being nasty to me, i am only doing what my manager told me to do." There is no manager on the floor or to talked too. She sat us in the bar area that had three tables sit with dirty dises for 30 minutes after the guests left. A second young man started shift at 3 and was witnessed changing into his work shirt at the hightop in the bar the dining area where my Aunt and I were sitting. This young man was not wearing an undershirt and showed bare skin to everyone utilizing that portion of the reasurant including an elderly couple at the bar. The ladies bathroom toilets leak from under the toilet with repair attempts made with gobs of caulking that is not appealing to cleanliness. Who ever is in management of this location should be ashamed of the appearance of their restaurant, It is clear there is no pride for their place in...
Read moreMe and my Mother share the same Birthday so I usually take her out every year. Usually its to Applebees but this year we wanted to try something different. And we immeaditly regreted it. We were seated very quickly, but the server acted like we were a inconvenience being there or she just hates her job. I ordered a long island ice tea my mother a soda. Her soda was fine but my drink was nowhere near a long island ot was a short island with mostly tea... I ordered chicken broccoli pasta meal and my mother ordered a honey something chicken breast with fried zucchini and mashed potatoes. When we recieved our food we had no utensils to eat with. We waved down the server who is still hating life, and asked for some and she reluctantly brought them over. Now the food, my moms food looked tossed on the plate and for the amount you pay for the meal you get a thin chicken breast that looked like a piece of rubber lightly sauced and tossed on the side. 6 pieces of fried zucchini and to tablespoons of mashed potatoes on a huge plate. My was a huge deep plate slightly filled with pasta parm. sauce and little bit of sliced chicken with some broccoli and grated parm ontop with a bread stick. Looked good to be honest. But when I started wating the food was not hot and it was really salty. Now mind you I know parm is a salty cheese. But when you cook a dish like that you half to adjust for salt in your ingredients. The salad bar I refused because there was people up there no masks or gloves coughing and touching food with their hands. Sorry during a pandemic that should be monitored a hell pf alot more. But overall a 2 star review. The bill came to $40+ But for the price not worth it. Still tipped the server and she acted like I insulted her by tipping what I did. Well to be honest I was going to tip 0 but i know they live of their tips as...
