You know what isn’t fun? When you get an email with a simple coupon and you decide to treat the kids to pizza (again haha)…only to have the app tell you to call the local store (after you attempt the order twice). So you do. Then a very confusing call ensues (two employees who have never heard of a coupon or discount code being sent via email…even after being told that the instructions said to use the app & the app directing you to call…) Once the manager gets on (no I didn’t ask for him) he huffed when I went back over the order and explained it all (like bruh I don’t exactly love repeating myself & I’m on repeat # ?), apparently he has absolutely no ties to the app. Understandable. Weird but I get it. I wanted to place the order regardless and include the free pizza. Apparently that was absolutely insane to even ask. 🤨 I wanted to point out that it’s not hard to have basic manners, it’s not hard to honor the rewards or coupons or discounts your company offers as long as the customer is following the guidelines and it’s really not hard to have an ounce of customer service skills when you’re the manager. So, Chris, I truly hope you step in a lego. I tried to be understanding, I tried to joke, I even placed the order without the free pizza because you were absolutely hating life tonight and somehow I STILL got huffed at? 🤦🏻♀️ You as well as your coworkers are in obvious need of training. The company as a whole should look into the app and stores connecting. Or at minimum giving the local stores codes to honor what is available or offered with the app (in situations like tonight). Piss poor employees representing your company name tonight in Milford. The food has never been bad or super late, we typically only order on the app so it’s our first verbal order and will be the last....
Read moreI ordered pizza and chicken bites on Saturday. The pizza looked like it was cooked last week and reheated every day until it was delivered. I was given bone-in hot wings instead of chicken bites. The food was so poor quality that I threw it in the trash. I called and complained and was told I would receive a refund. When I checked my bank account, I found that I had been charged the full amount. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. AMANDA refused to get on the phone and the guy who answered the phone was a go-between. AMANDA was standing right there, and I could hear her telling him what to say. She finally got on the phone, yelled at me, and told me I would have to contact my bank for a refund (which makes no sense). I told her I would be making a complaint with corporate, and she gladly told me her name and said, "Go ahead," as if it were some threat. Now, after trying to contact corporate several times, I realize why she "threatened" me; there is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone higher up to make a complaint. This company is TRASH, and AMANDA is a...
Read moreOrdered a pizza with bacon and mushroom and a cheesy bread. The night we ate the pizza my boyfriend threw up and had severe diarrhea (he ate more pizza than me because I got full from the bread, I only had one slice). I assumed he ate to much because that same night he was throwing up. Not thinking of it, I ate left overs the next day (pizza was in the fridge after we were done with it, so it wasn’t left out) the day I ate the left overs, I was violently throwing up also with bad diarrhea! I 100% believe the bacon on the pizza was bad. I have never experienced this before from this location, but it is very rare I order bacon. If you are a bacon lover, eat at your own risk. If you are someone that likes any type of meat on your pizza, eat with caution, if the ingredients aren’t checked properly, you will defiantly get food poisoning. I’ve never had food poisoning before until this, it was the most unpleasant experience. I cannot stomach eating from here anymore, which is sad because it was nice to be able to...
