Mac N' Out Macaroni & Cheese — Restaurant in Milford

Terrible service over all. The young girls working there seem miserable and restaurant lacks sanitary precautions. I took my family out to eat food was very bland so I went to reach for the salt and as I grabbed the salt the cap was intentionally loose and dumped all over the table. After I went to reach for the pepper, and the cap was also loose and it dumped and fell into my food that I only took 3 bites out of. So I got one of the girls attention and asked her if they clean and refill the salt and pepper shakers as customer's use and leave the table. She admitted to not cleaning properly. Her excuse was that 2 young teenagers sat at the table before us and they must've loosened the caps intentionally. At this point I was already upset and asked her if there was something she can do about it. So she took my plate to the back asked the manager or cook ,threw my food out and told me there's nothing what they can do about it and I would have to buy another plate if I wanted another replacement. Honestly I will never come back to this place ever again food wasn't even...

The place was clean and staff very nice however you shouldnt clean the tables with strong smelly cleaner while people are eating at the next table. She came and sprayed down several tables and chairs and the cleaner was so strong smelly and spritzed everywhere that at my mac n cheese tasted like Lysol . Also lets face the facts here people This is a resturant that charges resturant prices for macaroni and cheese. OK let me repeat that resturant prices for plain old elbow macaroni. Yes they toss in some not real chicken and call it buffalo mac n cheese. However you are not fooling anyone. I was beyond shocked that investors would waste time and money in such a ridiculous concept. Let me repeat that ELBOW macaroni w/ rib meat fake chicken served in a very very hot iron skillet. So if you dont mind paying 30-40 dollars for that meal for two at this so-called resturant then...

2/3/19 Mac & cheese is a great comfort food, especially on a February day, coinciding with "Toilet Bowl Sunday, as I call it.. Unfortunately Mac N' Out missed the mark for me & my dining companion today. She opted for the 4th of July Mac & Cheese which had Hummel Brothers hotdog slices (great hot dogs) in it. Not a good sign when the hot dog pieces are the highlight of your lunch. The rest of it was pretty tasteless. The same was true of my order of Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese. Very little flavor of any kind to be had in mine. Not even the spices could save it. No spice-no cheese flavor.... nothing at all. When all you do is mac & cheese, it needs to taste really cheesy to hit the mark, and neither of these dishes did that. Too bad too, cuz this place has potential.
