Starbucks — Restaurant in Milford

Overall this is a solid Starbucks.. When it comes to Starbucks- The most important aspect is the Barista & attention to detail when crafting their drinks. Let's be honest- the best thing about Starbucks is their eclectic selection.. This location does a good job creating these complications. Their Fall Drinks are the BEST.. I only drink iced coffee & I require it to be strong. The pumpkin cream cold brew with an added shot of espresso & oatmilk is my go to.. The apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso is absolutely delicious. It's unfortunate that they take precedence over the drive thru window being that I order on the app.. However- this is a high traffic location, so I understand how busy they get.. Sometimes I have to wait longer for my order to be presented, but it's not a big deal.. Overall this is a good location....

I visit this location regularly and the staff at this establishment are always accommodating and kind however it is a shame how the manager behaves in front of customers and treats his staff. During my visit on Saturday, August 3rd, the Shorter male manager with the slick back hair yelled and belittled his staff in the middle of the floor. He was throwing a full-on tantrum towards one of the employees. I used to know every staff member there on a first-name basis and now I don't know anybody. It is obvious now why all of the old employees left and no longer work here. I would not work here for any amount of money if my superiors treated me or any other staff member that way. I can only imagine how the staff is treated behind closed doors if this is how the manager acts in front of paying customers. Completely...

Really great experience! Although it was obvious the entire crew was busy doing a task in front of them at least three or four looked up when I came in to say good afternoon or welcome to Starbucks. I had a coupon for free drink and wasn't sure how to apply it to my order, in about 2 seconds the barista and cashier were both able to help me going above and beyond to help me understand how to use the app. To use the coupon I needed to place a mobile order I stepped outside to do so, took a quick phone call and stepped back inside... To be welcomed back with another chorus of Good afternoon and hi Gina from the barista making mobile orders. The barista double check my order before handing me my drink, it was the new brown sugar shaken iced espresso with oat milk... It was delicious...
