So I like Panda Express and when I’m in the area I often stop in to grab a meal. I went there last Friday 7/16/2021, and there was a young man who was serving food to the customers, his name tag read JT. This young man was on his phone via his AirPod while serving customers. He displayed a very lackluster attitude. He put no effort in greeting customers who by the way we’re waiting in a single long line for several minutes. He was so involved in his personal conversation that he did not hear my order correctly and began to make my order wrong. I expressed my disappointments to another employee, Gerry, who presented a very different attitude, he seemed to take pride in his job. He was extremely friendly and his efforts to service the long line of patrons seemed evident. Gerry assured me he would let the young employee, JT aware of his behaviors.

I visited this same location yesterday 07/23/2021, around 2:45 pm. This time the line of customers was smaller so my wait time wasn’t an issue, at all. However, while waiting in this line I observed a thin female who had no name tag on her apron use the ā€œNā€ word repeatedly while referring to one of her co-workers. She was laughing while using the racial slur which made me feel as if she was joking around, however the looks from the customers in the line made this experience extremely awkward. No one, not even her coworkers called her out on her inappropriate language. She began boasting about getting off of work in 5 minutes (which as a customer made me feel as if she didn’t want to be there) and then began yelling at what appeared to me her minor son who was waiting for her. When she serviced customers in the line, she appeared to have an attitude. The food was mediocre this time and it could have been because the customer service (or lack thereof) put a bad taste in my mouth.

JT and the thin Spanish female need to realize that they are the first faces customers see when coming to this establishment. No one knows what type of day the other is having, but coming to a food establishment to experience this level of service is disheartening. I hope they both get the appropriate customer service and cultural competence training they desperately need in order to learn that the expectations from customers visiting this location are far deeper then them just...

I ordered two bowls of Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein. The girl behind the counter tried to offer me someone's diet coke that they supposedly didn't want. I didn't see anyone leave it. I declined, that was weird and I don't drink strange drinks that weren't poured for me in front of me. Had to wait 5 min for the shrimp to be made. When my order was ready, it was a good thing I checked it because she put rice in both containers. I went and told another girl that I ordered Chow Mein. She told the girl that made it for me and she said to her, not me, "oops guess I put the wrong thing in". Wow. No apology, nothing. The other girl removed the shrimp and put them into the other containers with the Chow Mein this time. Then I heard the other girl that made my order tell this one "a little rice is never a bad thing". Um ok that's not what I ordered and don't want it. Ridiculous. Also, both containers barely had any shrimp and the Chow Mein was room temperature. Would never stop there again. McDonald's would've been better. That girl should be fired for saying those things and not...

I was charged around $15 for the plate option of food ($11.25) because I wanted the broccoli and meat, except they failed to make any meat for that dish so I asked for the meat from another dish and the broccoli in the one that was missing the meat. The guy took only 2 pieces of broccoli from the dish lacking the meat and then gave me all the mushrooms and peppers and onions from another entree and then a couple pieces of the meat I asked for....then tells me "this is only a one time thing don't expect this all the time"....like what the heck. Why'd this guy just give me a scoop from a dish I didn't want and only give me 2 things of broccoli then charge me $4 more like I even remotely got what I wanted and acted like he did me a favor...just don't be so under prepared. You literally have one job to make sure you have all the food options made and you're going to charge me extra cause I didn't want an entree that's just broccoli...and no this wasn't even close to closing time it was...

Panda Express in Milford, conveniently located off I-95, excels in takeout. Their delightful noodles and teriyaki dishes are perfect for those on the go. Despite lacking a dine-in space, the efficient staff ensures a smooth experience. Enjoy childhood nostalgia with the orange-flavored chicken, a tender treat that stands the test of time. The noodles maintain their perfect texture even after being packaged, providing a burst of flavors in every bite. Though designed for takeout, the quality of Panda Express's dishes remains high, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a satisfying and convenient meal. Whether you're a local or passing through, this establishment near I-95 in Milford remains a top choice for takeout enthusiasts, offering a seamless and tasty experience. From efficient service to the nostalgic delight of their orange-flavored chicken, Panda Express proves that delicious Chinese-American cuisine can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

The food is as usual at Panda Express, but I don’t like that there’s a sign not accepting cash (Unfair Trade Practices) - some people need that. More than that - they work the line too slow, they ask questions and don’t listen to the answers, the older lady was chewing the head off of the new employee in front of us - even though the customer before me was causing the problem changing her mind last minute and not explaining properly - you don’t humiliate your new employee, especially in front of people. Team work was trash, and sticking my egg roll inside the box for a takeaway is an amateur move - when I took it out it was soggy šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø To add salt to injury - this branch is not accepting rewards program. Clowns.

Pretty standard Panda Express with the usual fare. The cashier, however, charged me for two water bottles when I only ordered one. Before I could see my digital receipt she printed it and handed me one water bottle. When I realized what happened I brought it to the attention of a different cashier who gave me another bottle. This is a costly mistake (at turnpike prices) at best and deceptive at worst, especially since most customers will likely not check the receipt. As a franchise of a nationally-recognized chain, it is not unreasonable to expect transparent and accurate billing - it's the bare minimum.
