T.J. Maxx — Local services in Orange

Poor customer service. I called to see if they had an item in stock. The girl said yes in two different sizes. I asked that she hold both until the following day and she said no problem. I called back an hour later to see if they had a third and the manager told me she told the girl not to put them on hold. I told her that's not what i was told and it's lucky i called back. The manager finally agreed to hold them till the following day. Where i arrived 9 minutes after opening. Not only were they not on hold, but the ones that were, were wrong, even though I confirmed it 3x. I drove 45 minutes one way to get there. Very disappointing and the manager as well as the people working when I arrived were rude and snippy as if not holding items over night were life and death. In a time when so many stores are closing and 1 in 5 people are losing their job, good customer service goes a long way, especially when a stores online presence is as poor as tjmaxx, home goods...

This department store in the location seemed to not have any variety of clothes, they got plenty of sizes though !! Of the same things over and over again. Even kids section lacked style. Very bland. Ive been in tj maxx and always wanted to buy the whole store. This just seemed to have only one style and honestly out of date clothing. The employees were very accommodating despite the stores lack of wares. Very friendly people, i'd shop there in that location if they had more things to attract...

This is one of the best T.J. Maxx stores I've visited and it is big. The store is always very clean and not disorganized. They seem to always have such beautiful home decor for the season or holiday. The line looks long but it moves very quickly. The only issue (at no fault of the store) is the parking lot. It is so busy!!! There is a Trader Joe's, Mission BBQ, Jimmy John's and a great bakery so there is heavy traffic. I would definitely recommend this store. The staff is also all...
