I-95 Milford SB Service Plaza — Local services in Milford

If I could give the customer service at this plaza zero stars I would. I stopped here on my way to New Jersey at about 2:00 am on 4/1/2016 looking for a pick me up snack on my long drive from maine. Now I was looking at the McDonald's menu in front of the counter and as I stepped forward the women working the register was walking away and as she saw me take a few steps forward she literally looked right at me and rolled her eyes as if I was inconviencing her by ordering. If that wasn't enough she greeted me what a "yeah?" like "yeah what do you want"? And I said excuse me? And we repeated it again. When my order was done she threw my bag on the counter and walked away. Never in my life have I seen someone be so blatanley rude for no apparent reason, literally disrespectful throughout the entire transaction. McDonald's should be ashamed they have this women working the register. The best part of this whole ordeal is that this women whose name was "Karen. K" was a shift manager!! It's completely comical that people like that think they deserve 13$ or 14$ an hour When they can't even politely take a paying customers order. Skipping this rest Stop on future...

It was an elaborate truck stop/rest area/service plaza! I've never seen such a wide selection of different types of food options. Subway, Moes, McDees, Dunkin Donuts! Panda Express?! But I must say, the first thing that blew my mind was the Best Buy vending machine, no lie! You browse the selection, swipe your plastic, out comes what you paid for. FR, FR headphones (Skullcandy, Dre Beats, air pods), cameras, (select) computer needs, chargers, ect. The other thing that blew my mind was the prices. I'm poor, drive a truck, and make $0.20-$0.40 per mile. (I'm broke broke, ok) But I am so glad that I dont smoke cigarettes anymore. They charge $13 something PER PACK! Anyways, great place, clean, not a whole lotta room for my dog to play, but he was still able to get out and tag up a couple spots in the grass. Truck side, there is roughly 30 parking spots if not more. (Heads up though, theres some that block the drive beside the fuel lines, just...

Went at night to stop and have something to eat. First off, at McDonalds, I ordered a plain (meat and bun) quarter pounder. They put cheese on it! I had to wait another ten minutes to get my burger. After that, I went to go grab a bottle of water from the Alltown. When I got to the cashier, the two girls were fighting loudly over someone’s boyfriend or something. Unacceptable! When I went to go grab something for the road, the guy managing both Moes AND Carvel said he was out of ice cream, even though the carvel sign said “open”. And when I went to try Dunkin Donuts instead, they had a sign that said “Taking Out The Trash, Will be back soon”. Horrendous! Severly understaffed, long waits, unqualified employees, do not stop here if you are doing anything else than using the bathroom. Avoid this place...
