Agreed with below review. It has gone downhill. I work up the street and have ran a cafe and been a barista for almost 20yrs. I was very disappointed when I grabbed my kiddo some food recently. I was shocked with the attitude that was given. She acted like it was the end of the world to grab a bagel and iced tea. :/ Pretty sure she has been there awhile as well or possibly a manager by now. I get people have bad days but unfortunately your job requires you to be upbeat and happy even if your not. Fake it or make it! If not get your shift covered. For my kids to even notice the disrespectful tone and demeanor then thats a issue. Unfortunately this hasn't been the first time from her. Typically one of my go to spots for coffee and a snack. Stopped there today to grab a drink and donut holes since I was starving. Cracked open my donuts quickly without thinking and the first one was stale - didn’t think much of it. Had a second and it had a funky taste and looked a little off.

Finally looked at the container to see a mysterious liquid at the bottom and donut holes that no longer looked very appetizing. Was surprised there was no date listed on it of when it had been prepared or when it should be taken out of stock. I feel SO bad writing a review like this, but I really had a negative experience hear. To start, the coffee was PHENOMENAL. Exactly what I ordered, so I was very happy with that. However, I ordered a bagel and waited about 7+ minutes for it to be ready. Then, when it finally arrived it was burnt to a CRISP (completely black when I opened it up). I tried taking a few bites but of course it was inedible. I came back around and asked if I could switch it out for a muffin top and the barista was very apologetic/ friendly, but the muffin top was still pretty frozen.
