Emerald City Smoothie - Mill Creek — Restaurant in Mill Creek

I came in on May 1st and i ordered 2 drinks one being a acai fusion 24oz and a chocolate champ 16oz the cashier ended up making it both 16oz without telling us even though we made it clear we wanted a 24oz and a 16oz. We later asked if we could get it extra thick, she proceeded to say okay and immediatly went to wash dishes without acknowledging out simple requests. The cashier was some hispanic girl that gave attitude. The one who made the drink was some short girl with glasses, i waiting 15 minutes for my order, 10 minutes was it sitting in the blender after it had been blender but she took her sweet time to fill up everything else except handing us our order. She ended up giving us both 16oz and the consistency was as thin as water. Im so glad i didnt tip i will not be coming here again such lousy...

Went in with my daughter yesterday morning around 9:30am and received amazing smoothies with amazing customer service. Plus they were blended to perfection. Keep up the amazing work .

Update: I will never return to this shop and drive the extra miles to hit Lynnwood, shoreline or Seattle. Had the absolute worst experience. The cost of these and to be so gross and receive the rudest service from the woman working 9/22/2025 @ 8pm. The guy was nice but didn’t know what he was doing. Super disappointing. Have never regretted...

I used to come here regularly for the exact same order, today I order the same açai bowl as usual and I got scammed! asked for 2 bowls and she divided 1 portion in 2 bowls, having a half portion in 2 bowls for 30 dollars, I told her why she did that bowls were missing half of the portion and didn't add the fiber booster I paid for, she give a lid excuse and was rude and ignored me, Im never comig back to this place, very disappointed, be careful with the skinny...
