I went in this McDonald's yesterday and ordered 2 10 pc nuggets and 2 med fries and 2 cheeseburgers it came to $ 20.56 using my McDonald's app i asked for nuggets and fries cooked fresh and after 20 mins or so asked worker how long until order is ready because it had been already 20 + mins he said it was coming up soon another 5-8 mins go by and brings our food to us and after waiting 30 + mins it was as cold as it would have been if we got it when we ordered it so my girlfriend and myself were extremely upset for wasting 30 + mins for cold food and a manager named Reyna comes to the counter no apologies no nothing she said they were very busy and I guess that we should except that waiting should be excepted our food was cold, it was not hot it was cold not even warm my girlfriend put a fry in a Reynas hand to show her it was very cold and Reyna offered to make a new order we didn't have time to wait another 30 mins after already waiting 30 + mins and my girlfriend asked to get our money back and Reyna did very reluctantly and I thought Reyna would offer us our original order for free another time when we had time to wait again and eat it after the 30-45 mins we wasted there and ate nothing for dinner but I guess not because I went back there next night to get our replacement order i thought we were getting and Reyna said no im not giving you a replacement order you asked for your money back and I also need to say she told us they were very busy and that was her excuse as to why and what happened I guess it was ok in her thinking. All I can say is this the manager Reyna is a real customer service joy to deal with I would fire her just as fast as I could if iwas the owner of this McDonald's and we have only been at this McDonald's that 1 time and I can't see myself ever going back unless the owner or someone that has some authority there can reprimand her and apologized to me for the experience we shouldn't have had there and I shoulad mention she gave me a card the second time I went back to get the replacement order she wouldn't give me the card was for 1 person how terribly cheap and unprofessional she is and again I guess them being busy during my first visit she expected me to just except there delay as normal and cold food as normal. If you want a good meal and hot meal at a fast food restaurant don't go here theres nothing fast or hot food about...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude, judgemental, and not accommodating AT ALL. I am not a typical McDonald's customer (not for food anyway, would just get icecream or coffee back when I still ate sugar). Today, we were running lots of errands and got pretty munchy but wanted to keep it cheap... (note: my husband and I aren't eating carbs, we're LCHF/keto. Eating out we usually share a Qdoba bowl minus the beans and rice), so we decided some cheap chicken nuggets would be enough to keep our hunger at bay while we ran around all day. To make it more LCHF appropriate we were going to use butter with the nuggets instead using HFCS-dipping sauce (and let's face it, they're not that great on their own). So when the server asked what dipping sauce we wanted, my husband said none but asked if we could please get some butter. We got a snarky reply of "butter? BUTTER?! You want b-u-t-t-e-r?" -_- Yes, butter...please. "Uhhh, no." "Would you like a d-i-p-p-i-n-g s-a-u-c-e?" Okay...no thanks (not sure why paying for $5 of chicken nuggets doesn't qualify us for a little free butter, shoot, charge us extra...but don't deny us)! Whatever. I'm disappointed at this point. Wanting to just leave, but my husband decides to order a cheeseburger (note: whenever we order burgers at Wendy's, they remove the buns, add lettuce for the bun, place it in a cute little container, and throw in cutlery without us even asking...every single time...for free...unprompted), so my husband asks this McDonald's worker for no bun, and he just snickers and says "2 cheeseburgers? That it? Your total is at the second window." Uh okay, guess they got it. NOPE! It had buns. No butter. We spent $10 on their crap. They just lost any chance of us ever being a customer here again. Just awful service.
And I know they have butter. It's not up to them to judge the customer. Like, do you even know how many carbs or calories are in a McFlurry or Frappe? IT'S JUST BUTTER! That's all we wanted! Stop giggling and staring at us and treat me like any other customer... WITH RESPECT. Oh wait, according to a bunch of other reviews here, there is no respect for their customers.

Read moreThis customer service is terrible. No one working the registers. I asked twice as there were 4-5 people consistently up front, only working the drive thru. They looked at me like I was an inconvenience when I asked TWICE if anyone could help us in line....didn't even acknowledge me with an answer. Finally after 5 minutes one of them helped me. No greeting or a "sorry for the wait". This place is filthy. Dried food on the tables in the play area and party room. It smells terrible in there. My grandson climbed in the play tube and first thing he said was, "Grandma it smells like dirty garbage cans in here". I have been taking him places since he was able to walk and he has never made a comment like that. I looked in the tube and could see tons of handprints on the viewing bubble. I took a wipe and wiped it and the cloth was grey with grime. Dirt and filth everywhere and it is only 9am. No others here. This is grime from days, weeks. I was there for over an hour and never saw staff clean anything. I did not want to stay but my grandson was promised to be able to play and against my better judgement I let him play even though the place was filthy and smelled terrible. If it had not been raining I would have left immediately and gone to a park.
