My wife ordered online the 10.99 large 2 topping deal, it defaults to thin crust(which we accidentally purchased last week) she spoke with a young lady and told her she accidentally ordered the incorrect crust, if there was anyway to remake it. She told her that since it was not the stores fault that she would have to reorder it, which would not have been an issue if she had been polite about telling her instead of scoffing and saying they can’t do anything about the online deals. I was trying to order two pizzas but I had a hard time ordering with the person at the register. I’m not sure if he’s brand new and in training but I had to repeat the order 6 times and was about to be charged almost $70 worth of pizza that I just told him to clear the order and I just ordered one to make it simple. As a manager at a QSR I was also shocked by the ambiance and the lack of professionalism and hospitality as I watched them interact with other guests. I don’t know about y’all’s training procedures, but if the kid was training he could have benefited from having the MOD or a trainer next to him. Everytime I come to this location in Millcreek, to order a speciality pizza they are out of an ingredient. Tonight was the bbq chicken that i just recieved an advertisement for in the mail. Its tuesday night. One of the busiest nights of the week due to $10 pizza night. The supervisor proceeded to tell be that tgey ate only able to make supple orders once a week on Weds., and the are limited to only 4 bottles a week. If this wasnt bad enough while waiting to place my order the first time, the supervisor was barking out orders to the workers.
