Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Mill Creek

Called in an order - all good. Arrived to pickup order, lady behind the counter acted like i was making her go out of her way to give me my pizza's. Then during the payment process it flashed right through the tip part so when I checked my reciept, it had added on a tip. When I said something to the counter person that I did not authorize that tip, it was like I was stealing it from her. She got "huffy" when I made her take the tip off. Then she wouldn't give me a copy of the refund receipt, just a piece of paper saying refund issued. I go to this place quite alot and that had to be the worst experience I have ever had from that store. Pizza was on par.

Update: stopped for a pizza everything was great. Had to wait for a minute but it was ok.

To owner.....I did fill out the survey. It's a joke as most are because they word them so you can't really say how good or bad any one thing is. They use words like overall and during this visit. You don't want to give the whole place a bad rap just because...

I had just started my day that I knew was going to be stressful. A house full of screaming kids for a pool party. So, my first stop is my favorite take n bake, Papa Murphys as the kiddos asked specifically for Mini Murphs for dinner. My son, LOVES salami and black olives on his.

When a guy named Opal was taking my order, he was unfriendly, short with me, and rude. I asked for salami & black olives for one of the Mini Murphs. He tried to tell me they couldn't do that. Well, that's simply not true. All I need, is a side of salami and a side of black olives. He just stared at me blankly and said that would be an extra $2. Fine! Great! Wonderful! He continued to stare at me blankly while I repeated my order for a THIRD time. I tried smiling and was met with disdain.

Retraining in customer service, service with a smile and trying to please the customer would be greatly appreciated by all who has to encounter this dude.

I was helped at the register by a very nice young girl, she has great customer service and was incredibly polite. I want to acknowledge her behavior and how nice it was because there was a man working there that was incredibly rude. I think he might even be a manager! He has green/blue hair. He kept making rude and abrasive comments towards his young staff. As if they were not allowed to make a single mistake and every fault made was huge! I have never seen such a disrespectful manager in all my years, and to add onto that he did it in front of a customer.

The poor girl making the pizza looked like she was going to cry. I apologized to her once he’d stepped away for how awful he had treated her.

The pizza here is delicious, and I will continue to come back. However it is deeply disappointing to know how this restaurant treats its young staff. I hope corporate sees this and does...
