The stores and shops are fine. The clientele is sometimes a bit on the eclectic side to kind of the Karen types. Had to run some quick errands, but the customers in line ahead of me literally too ten to a hundred times more than me. Just had to drop a package off at one place, and fortunately a second line was opened up. The one customer was still with a clerk and couldn't finish their transaction for no good reason other than over complicating things needlessly while another customer then myself were able to get serviced by a second clerk. My go to plaza! We have a Safeway, UPS Store (for Amazon returns!!), thai, teriyaki, Indian, Bavarian, and South American. A phenomenal nail salon. Smoke shop, Tax services, pet groomers, florist, and the best little bubble tea/gourmet drink shop ever! In the corner is a Taco Time and Redi Spaghetti.

Parking lot sucks for disabled people though. The ADA spot by the pharmacy entrance to Safeway is big enough for a small golf cart. Others park over the line, forcing me to climb through the passenger side to leave. Very uncool. The owner needs to fix the parking spots and...

Great location, but there is a huge apartment complex across the street,coupled with the over population in mukilteo, makes getting here very arduous. The speedway sucks between the hours of 3 to 630 M thru F. Drivers use the turn in,off the speedway, to flip a bitxh and get either to those apartments, or to turn into 526 E bounds. I have noticed the park Iot getting ghetto with trash. Having lived in the area for 25 years, it pains me to see what was once a great store has now, turn into a Hooverville-Walmart because of the housing those arsed out...
