I went in to order food and the employee that was working had food handler’s gloves on. She came to the register and took my payment with my credit card, used the register and handed me back my card all greasy with food all over it and then with the same gloves on proceeded to go prepare my food. I recommended, basically requesting that she change her gloves before she handle the food after touching the register and my card. Rather than changing her gloves she argued with me that she did not need to change her gloves because she only touched the register with her right hand and was only touching the food with her left hand and proceeded with the contaminated gloves on. I watched everything she did with her right and left hand. First of all she took my card with her left hand and transferred it to her right hand in order to swipe it on the right side of the register and did the same thing to hand it back. Then she used her right hand to use the knife to poke holes in the pizza crust and the bottle with the pizza sauce which she transferred from her left to right. She also threw the knife on the area that she lays the pizzas on after the first one them moved the knife aside and laid another pizza crust on the surface. I am not sure how she could not see the amount of cross contamination she was doing. I lost count how many times she touched something with her right hand and the placed that object onto a surface she was preparing food or touched something with her left hand that she had previously touched with her right hand. I was so disgusted that she had touched everything with the same gloves on that she used the register with or the thought of how many other people’s money or credit cards she likely handled in the same gloves she did mine in given there were 4 other customers waiting for their orders ahead of me and the fact that I requested she change her gloves before she handle my food and she declined to do so that I threw my pizza away when I got home. I would have not only been mortified that someone had to remind me to change my gloves but I certainly would not have argued with the customer about why I did not need to change my gloves and then just continue to make their food with the dirty gloves on. I was not only disgusted that she even did that but to argue with me and refuse to change her gloves makes me never want to eat out again let alone eat there. Especially when we are in the middle of a pandemic. THIS STAFF IS SERIOUSLY NEEDING FOOD HANDLING TRAINING TO AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION AND CUSTOMER...
Read moreWhen I googled pasta places near me (new to the area) I was drawn in by the pictures on Readi google listing. Looked to see if they had options for my whole family. Decided on going it was 12 minutes from me. Lani was the very nice lady who helped us. I let her know it was our first time and she helped answer every question with a smile on her face! She had us sit and brought us ou we got and even brought us bowls for them. She checked on us twice to see how we was enjoying everything and I tell you what it’s the best pasta I’ve had in a very long time. My significant other got their chicken bacon ranch pizza bread and was IN HEAVEN over it! The sauce was AMAZING! I got the pasta bucket with Rose sauce and meatballs. I was IN A DREAM eating this. Since being pregnant I have not been able to keep down most meats and these meatballs was SO GOOD we went and got more because honestly I’ve never tasted such an amazing meatball. So moist, not filled with fat and not grainy either. My kiddos also are very picky meat eaters and they got the meat sauce. They said it was the best sauce they’ve had! Overall we was EXTREMELY satisfied not only with the food but with the amazing customer service...
Read moreStore closed at 8 and I arrived at 7:20. The cashier took my order and asked if it was “for here”, I said yes. A few minutes later a couple came in, ordered and sat down at an empty table. About 7:35 they got their food first, it was in to-go bags so I figured the employees wanted to get them on their way. The couple looked confused but unpacked and started eating. I then received my food, also in a to-go bag. Subtle. I also unpacked and started eating. My sauce was very soupy, small slice of bread had been under a warmer for a while. Also, to charge for each meatball…. Cheap. At 7:49 a younger looking employee came over to me to let me know they close at 8. I said I knew and he then let the couple know the same thing. He then started locking the doors. So welcoming. The couple didn’t finish their food but instead packed up and left. I finished and then I realized the to-go bowl that I didn’t ask for didn’t fit through the opening of the garbage containers so I left it on top. There are locally owned mom and pop places that are just as fast, cost about the same price and the food is much better. Not to mention you’ll be treated better. Go to...
