Really bad experience here. App wasn't working so I asked barista if I ordered on my laptop would I still be able to get the free refill she said "yup I'll honor that." (This isn't her fault, she was cool.) I guess she left and I came like 30 min later for my free refill. The woman tells me I can't do it because my original drink wasn't a tea or coffee. I clarify what she's saying a couple times and repeat her she repeats herself before I go back to my seat. I go back and pull up the website where it says your original drink doesn't matter, her boss is there and she pretends I was asking for another latte and her boss takes over. Boss wants to scan my app which is right but I had talked to the other lady already and say my apps not working. She wants my card which is in my car. I end up just going to my seat and get my phone to see if the app is working and it is so I take it back up to show that I had bought the drink and get a free refill. The other rude woman back I say I have my app the boss wanted my app. She has an attitude and asks like I'm a nuisance and goes to the boss to see if she wanted to see my app and comes back and says no. She rings me for the refill and its 55 cents. I tell her it's supposed to be a free refill we go back and forth she says no less than 4 times that it's NOT a free refill. It is. Says on the app and website. Poorly trained, poor nasty attitude, awful customer service skills. Literally one of my worst starbucks experiences. The boss was nice in bringing me a drink but I was so hurt and upset by the nastiness and honestly trust was lost at this store I couldn't drink it. Read moreI actually hate writting this review becUse this location used to be one of the best. However, their ability to make correct drinks and provide all items in an order has declined to non existent. When going through the drive through drinks are NEVER made correctly. They give you hot tea lattes instead of hot tea, forget espresso in mochas, they don't put syrups in drinks it comes standard (brown sugar shaken didnt have any brown sugar). Forget ubereatsing any thing. You will end up with cold hot food, warm cold food, and missing items that you are charged for. They are incapable of remembering cream cheese with bagels. I work at another location and I understand mistakes happen but when every single order from them comes out with mistakes despite asking and clarifying 3+ times what you are ordering there is a bigger problem then forgetfulness. Pick LITTERALLY any other location but this one. I don't know it's the employees here just hate their jobs so bad that they no longer care about quality or if this location skipped their training but this is not stabucks...

About 1/4 of the time they get it wrong and they always offer to make a new drink but I'd much rather they just listen to people's order, utilize the tools at their disposal, such as putting the order up on the drive through screen for verification, and not ask their customers to come back sometime for a replacement. I go to a different Starbucks a few times a week and maybe once every couple months there'll be an error but this one that I go to once in a while just can't seem to get it together. My usual drink is an Americano with cream and a Splenda, it's hard to mess that up so often but they somehow do. They don't put in cream or they put in two sweeteners or they put in no sweeteners. Every permutation has been handed to me through the drive through. Today they just flat out took my order wrong and somehow thought I wanted two Splendas and no cream instead of cream and one Splenda.
