Went in with a coupon for the 3 for 19.99 and they guy working looked at me weird, there is also a cover for the meat items, which makes it so I can't see how much meat is being put on the sandwich, that's very frustrating as I like to see what is being put on my sandwich, I then ask for my second sandwich to be the steak and cheese item and he gives me a rotisserie chicken sandwich and I had only noticed once I got home, and during the whole process it seemed he only understood like half of what I was telling him (he was the only one working there) I was tempted to just walk out but i didn't want to be rude, and the amount of veggies he put was very small. After I had eaten 2 of the sandwiches, my stomach had become very upset and I was in the bathroom for hours.. definitely won't...

I walked in with the intention of getting a gift card for a coworker. I waited 10 minutes while the lone employee made 2 sandwiches, then asked if I could load a balance on a gift card. He said he was new there, after walking to the back of the store for a minute, and that he didn't know how to do it and sent me out of the store. This is why I usually go to Jersey Mikes, the staff are friendly, sandwiches are better and much fuller for about the same price, if not cheaper. The girl that helped me she was good and super nice BUT the guy there that was working with her was rude. I walked in with my friend the girl was helping both of us. While she was charging me the guy didn’t bother to help her finish my friends order instead he jumped to the next customer. My friend told him he had another sandwich to be made and he responded with “she going to finish it” like why is it hard to help your coworker to finish an order? Anyways he helped the next customer and when he finished charging the customer they kepted talking and talking and wouldn’t let the girl wrap my friend’s sandwiches.
