Ordered an Americano close to where my oil was being changed. It was so very weak. Maybe doubled poured the coffee? Took it back and told the Barista that it was weak and asked how many shots had been poured? She said two for a 20oz. I responded, a 20oz would have at least three if not four? And she said, not just two. I asked for another two shots and it was still bland and weak. I told her I know Starbucks Venti has at least 3 and probably four and she said, no it is just two. For a Venti I said, and she said, yes. Not comfortable at that point taking the Americano back a second time for money back. So, I went down the street to Starbucks and sure enough, four shots it is for the Venti. I asked why would a company only place two shots in a 20oz Americano and Starbucks said, the quality would be so weak that we would not be in business and besides it is never been that standard anyware. Starbucks said, they felt bad that happened to me a regular customer that it was on the house. I would have been better off with a cup of jo from Chevron. This a constructive comment for anyone who lives and loves coffee. I do not write comments unless they are deserved and in this case, surely the consumer working harder than ever for their dollar appreciates a company that gives you every reason to do business with them. A company that buys into a something for nothing philosophy cuts off revenue and a service to their customers. I always wondered why a company large or small would do that? If there was an option for no stars, that is what would have been the correct choice. May be this company will honor the comment and change their business practices for their community they serve and better quality control their product and services. I am so glad I did not buy gift cards until the trial was over with. Gift cards would have been a HUGE embarrasement to how I do business for my consumer.    Read moreStands great but normally go to other one off 35th but the girl working in the afternoons during the week has got to go... Maddy or something like that I think. She takes way to long to make a simple iced mocha and then is way to Rude when you say it taste bad.. I now try and avoid the stand if i see she is working and go to the other one.. But had a unlucky surprise this last weekend and she was at that stand. And I do not think I am the only one that feels this way...
