The male crew member, Alejandro, is RUDE, HOSTILE IMPOLITE, NOT FIT to be a service crew member! When i attempted to return an incorrect order, Alejandro immediately became hostile and began shouting at me in front of other customers, accusing me of claiming an order that was not mine. I tried to tell Alejandro he doesn’t need to raise voice at me since I am also a customer.
This public verbal assault was witnessed and potentially recorded by other customers. My husband intervened, Alejandro's demeanor became even more aggressive, creating a highly volatile and embarrassing scene. During the confrontation, Alejandro was requested by my husband not to shout and be hostile to me considering I am a 5’2” inches lady, and Alejandro is above 6 feet in stature. However, Alejandro is still yelling so it escalated the situation, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer safety and professional conduct. This public humiliation and this employee's behavior were especially egregious.
After my husband demanding a refund, Alejandro processed a transaction and provided a receipt, but did not give any cash back. Before we left the counter I stated my intention to report him, he replied, "Good!" in a loud and defiant voice. A later review of the credit card statement after a few days, I confirmed that there was no refund, and the transaction had to be disputed with the credit card company.
This employee's actions—including public verbal harassment, unprofessional behavior, issuing a fraudulent refund, and escalating a customer service issue into a public confrontation—are entirely unacceptable. We decided to come here and it was a mistake… First of all they told us that they don’t have two of the things we ordered after we were given our food (we waited around 25 minutes for two simple meals with no modifications). They told us we would be refunded instantly for the missing items but still haven’t received the transaction. They were out of frosties, had no sauces apart from ketchup and the tables around us looked like they were last wiped a few days ago. When we sat down to eat our food (already disappointed) I noticed that none of wendys signature food wrapping was present. The sandwiches were wrapped in brown paper and the names written messily with a pen, fries were in paper plates and honestly we couldn’t tell apart the small from the medium. The sizes were ridiculous for airport prices and most of the fries had black spots on them. When I started eating I noticed that the lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich was brownish and left a bitter taste in my mouth. After that we went to complain and returned all of our food (still waiting for that “immediate” money return). Honestly a shady spot with nasty food. On top of it all the worker who we talked to told us our food “looks completely normal” when we showed him what we received....

I ordered the classic Dave’s Single, and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The beef patty was juicy and cooked just right, with fresh toppings that added the perfect crunch. The combination of lettuce, tomato, and the signature sauce made every bite a delight!
The quality of the ingredients really stood out. The bun was soft and fresh, and you could tell that everything was made with care. I also tried their fries, which were crispy and seasoned perfectly—a great side to complement the burger.
The atmosphere at the restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. The staff was attentive and quick, ensuring I had everything I needed without delay.
