Went into this restaurant in SFO because we had over a four hour layover and hadn’t ate anything all day. We had a hard time understanding our waiter, but eventually got our food ordered. We both got burgers cooked medium with no mayo. I forgot to order a different sauce to replace it. We waited awhile for our food to get there. Our waiter placed down our food and immediately left not giving me any time to ask for mustard instead. I had to look around helplessly for 20 minutes to get my waiters attention to get mustard and by then my food was cold. My cousins burger was also raw which a burger should never be. Eventually the waiter came back with the mustard but it was Dijon mustard which I don’t like again she ran right away before I could say anything. I again had to look around the resteraunt for another 15-30 minutes to get help. Which was by a different waiter who seemed to just be getting there. When our waiter noticed him trying to help she came up to our table finally. After another few minutes we finally got yellow mustard. After opening the mustard which was in packets we learned that it was expired and had an odd taste. I once again needed help and had to wait but was told they had no other options. I ate my burger cold and dry and my cousin ate hers raw. Our waiter was no help and hard to communicate with. I had to ask the nice man to get me the manager. The manager did comp our meals but we were both so upset at that point that it didn’t feel like enough. After eating cold, dry, and raw burgers and being in the restaurant for two hours. We also never got our waters refilled. My cousin ended up throwing up her food because it wasn’t cooked. Beware of this place they don’t care about you or your time.

I hope I am reviewing the right place. This is a lounge inside the San Francisco international terminal accessible after you clear security. It’s open to members with Lounge Key and Priority Pass memberships. Of course everyone wise without these memberships can also access this bar / grill. The entry is free for Priority Pass members and a nominal fee of $3.25 is charged to Lounge Key members. I wish I had asked for the name of this really friendly and nice lady who led us to our tables as she certainly deserves a mention. Lounge Key members are entitled to 1+1 entry and the limit is $28 per person beyond which you need to pay and any tips that you wish to add. The menu is largely non-vegetarian with soup, salad, sandwiches, et al. There is also a small bar with a pretty good spread of wine, beer and cocktails. And the best part - they honour Priority Pass members regardless of which country or credit card you were issued this membership which is great. I recall being denied at the JFK domestic terminal as they only accepted Priority Pass membership issued by American Express. Do try this place if you have those memberships.

Surprisingly pleasant experience and the food quality. Our domestic flight has been moved to the international terminal and we came across Mustard’s looking for a safe place to eat due to medical restrictions. After seeing the appalling reviews given to other food places at this airport, I was skeptical but this location proved me wrong. We got welcomed and seated promptly and got menus and waters quickly. Our waitress was very nice and answered all our questions. Food was great: onion rings could have benefited from a bit of salt but for the rest, both breakfast sandwich and salmon BLT were generous, delicious and fresh. Both service and waiting for food were fast and I got a box and utensils for my leftovers which happened to be a lot. I haven’t expected such generous portions. The only thing I would have improved is giving customers their receipts before they are prompted to pay. We were told the total amount but not shown what exactly we’re paying for until I opted for texting the receipt to my cellphone. The rest was awesome and I highly recommend Mustard’s if you like freshly cooked quality food.

A most exquisite hamburger was carefully crafted for me with lettuce so crisp it crunched like potato chips, tomato so lovingly and precisely sliced by the greasy, experienced, lascivious hands of the faceless master chefs that i swore it was a pristine artefact of 3D-printing, cheese so perfectly melted that a second too long or too short would have devalued its mouth-watering stickiness, and a meat patty so good that i would sell state secrets to the chinese communist party for the chance of another bite, another morsel. I was served by a most courteous and sophisticated waiter, well-versed in the ways of that grand happy miscellaneous chatter that soothes the nerves and eases the easy-to-disturb, easy-to-trigger, borderline psychotic brain before a long flight to a familiar destination. The water I was generously served flowed as endlessly as I could care, aye, as endlessly and continually as the River Tiber, clear and fresh as the streams of the mighty Rockies. The chair, should I say throne, upon which I sat hugged my disgusting corpulent buttocks as if the pair were perfectly matched. I had to convince myself of a lie, a stinking filthy lie, that at my destination there may be chairs just as satisfying, supporting, (worthy?) as that upon which I was proudly planted while devouring my...
