First off I'm not the person to just get angry and write a bad review over something little or silly but this place pushed me over the breaking point. To start I ordered a hot sandwich which was not available and they tried telling me it was in the cooler which it definitely was not. Then I ordered a breakfast burrito which they could not confirm how long it was setting under a hot lamp but as the only restaurant option available in the public space of 3 terminals I chose to fill my stomach with something. Then my girlfriend asked for a muffin and bagel toasted with butter. Muffin seemed edible but they refused to toast the bagel saying it was fresh. I can assure you it was freshly out of a refrigerator. Now that we have spent about $20 I figured one cup of tap water would be okay to ask for, again they refused and said that we would have to pay for any beverage, cup of water included. In the time we dealt with this kerfuffle of our own another customer asked to have a sandwich warmed up and the woman said the oven was broken they only had a microwave and he said that was totally fine, he just wanted something hot to eat on a cold rainy day, instead he was met with a refusal and limited to the same breakfast sandwich that I was given. He asked to have that heated and still "no" was the only word these people knew how to say. Saying the burrito was plenty hot already, it was lukewarm but not more than this. And to top it all off another customer asked for a cup of ice for his coffee and the answer was flat out "NO" and the woman turned away instead. I can't believe that this company is run by people with absolutely no customer service. We are all tired travelers just trying to get a quick bite to eat or coffee to stay awake yet we all were outright denied decent service. What a disappointment.

Read moreI would give this zero stars if I could. I had an absolutely horrifying experience. I ordered an Americano, waited an inordinate amount of time, and when the barista signaled to me that my drink was ready. I walked to the counter and she slid the cup of coffee to me like a bartender slides a glass of beer. It splashed through the lid all over my hand, and let me tell you it was hot! I was saying "ouch! ice! cold water!" Another employee threw some napkins on the counter which did me no good. I needed immediate relief of ice or cold water. it took a full minute for her to hand me a few ice cubes in a napkin. I held the ice on my hand while I put cream in the coffee. If I wasn't in a rush to see my son off on his trip, I might have had the wherewithal to stay and file a report and speak with the manager. I barely got an apology from the other employee, not from the barista, and an offer of a free pastry. That was it. when I tasted my coffee after adding cream, this was a good three minutes after the drink was made, it was still far too hot to drink. That gives you an idea of how hot it was on my hand. The employee who apologized to me explain that it was the woman's first day. I would assume she would have gone through some training where they might have said something about not sliding hot drinks on the counter, although Common Sense would tell one never to do that! Horrible experience, and very...
Read moreThis place left me speechless. And not I’m a good way. The service was dismal at best. The cashier asks for the next person, And then she walks off to work with a barista. Why ask for the next person if you’re just going to walk away?! She didn’t apologize when she returned either. That should’ve been my first clue. I ordered, paid ($10 for a pastry and a 20 oz chai latte) and proceeded to the counter. The baristas seemed to be a bit disorganized. That should’ve been my second clue. They made a drink for the person who was behind me in line.. ok. No problem. I understand that maybe theirs was simpler. I watched the barista completely scorch milk with the steamer and realized a latte was definitely not the best thing to order here. When she called for the latte it turns out to be for the person who was behind the person who was behind me! The customer told the barista I’d been waiting for a while and even graciously offered to give me hers the barista said I had a different drink, (she had a small). And then proceeded to make her second drink! I was blown away. Anyway, by then my Uber has arrived (this is 10 min later) so I left because at that point she hadn’t event started the drink. No one at the counter to ask for my money back for the drink. What a waste. Save yourself the agony. The pastry wasn’t even any...
