Arby's — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Doordashed this Arby's which is usually perfect, ate most of our food, then got to the beef and cheddar, first bite, fine, second bite, fine, third bite a blonde hair that I had to pull through my teeth to get out of my mouth. I tried real hard to move forward, opened the sandwiches up searched it, was fine. Another bite and guess what more hair. At this point I'm wondering I'm questioning, I pull a strand of my own hair out, and yep, I'm a brunette. Next, I stare at my partner looking her head to toe and what do I find? Another brunette. So I go yucky huh no thank you. Maybe wear hats and keep hair up if you're going to serve food.

Tldr if I had a penny for Everytime I pulled a blonde hair out of my mouth long enough it's entangled in my teeth I'd have two. Which isn't a lot. But it's crazy it...

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and as I was eating it I noticed a dark red sauce line where they had cut it in half!!! At that moment I had realized the sandwich was cut with a dirty knife!!! I can no longer order let alone eat at this location. I'm just hoping all other locations wash their utensils before handling other's food. Yes some people are lazy and don't want to cook here and there, but when going to eat somewhere, I'm sure they would want to be served well taken care of meals for themselves...

You sometimes can get good food at Arby's but tonight wasn't one of those lucky times. The chicken fingers I bought for my wife were hard as rocks. Now they weren't visually burnt or anything so we came to the conclusion that they were old and sitting under a heat lamp like all day. She couldn't eat them and passed them off to me, after a few minutes of breaking out my fillings I said this is total garbage. Very disappointing, we paid full price and received old garbage. Bad experience...
