Great place even for as new as it is (as of this review). Staff are friendly and do a good job. The place is clean and well kept. The theme is like all other Firehouse subs with the fireman theme that isn't totally smacking you over the head. Plus you can round up your bill to the dollar and that gets donated to local firehalls. The subs are really great. A touch pricier than local fast food but the value blows them out of the water. This is t a subway and you aren't getting a sub in 60 seconds. 5-15 minute waits are the norm and completely worth it. Ingredients are good and fresh. Lots of options and they pile high. Chips or cookies are the sides and they have a fancy Coke machine that spurts out hundreds of different flavors. The cherry on top is the selection of sauces at the end. Labeled 1-10 by hotness, you have about 20-30 choices. To give an idea, siracha is a 5 or 6. But the flavors are highly varied. As are the intensities. Place is slightly smaller but open with TV's usually showing sports or news. Definitely go here but be prepared to wait up to 20-30 minutes for food during higher traffic tines

Absolutely delicious! I tried jersey mikes a few weeks ago and was slightly disappointed, so i decided to try Firehouse Subs today. I bought a whole philly cheese steak, and a whole Italian sub.I was very happy with the quality and the price. I got twice the amount of food for only $3 more. This will definitely be my new sub place. Bread, meats, cheeses, seasoning, all top notch in my opinion.

Omg if you are looking for a good bite to eat or are out of town this is a definite place to go! Just had the Smoked Turkey Breast Sub and it was delicious! This is a late review since I forgot to review this place lol 😌 I would definitely recommend the sub. This was my first time trying a firehouse sub. Best first impression ever.

Rating this just on the service, because the sandwich I ordered was for someone else's lunch. Kind of a funny experience picking up: I arrived a few minutes early and waited where the website instructed me to. After a few moments my name was called, and I answered, but instead of handing the sandwich to me, the employee set it on a rack behind the counter. I stood there asking myself, "Did he really call my name, or did I make myself look silly by answering for another customer?" After a couple of minutes I caught a different employee's eye, asked about it, and he did give me what I had ordered.

Maybe management needs to do a little more service training at this location. It probably should go...

Nice clean place. There’s no customer service. We did a mobile order and went in and waited by the spot and no one helped us. We had to stand at the counter and get someone’s attention. Even then the worker barely look up at me. The food was ok. It wasn’t hot even though we order it toasted. We ordered extra of the sliced pickle on the side and they gave us none. This was the first time eating here we wanted to try and see if they were any good. Turns out Jersey Mikes across the street is a thousand times better and...
