I was sitting in the first drive-through lane for a long time. Everyone in the second drive-through lane was going through smoothly while I was being ignored. Some cars had to back up from behind me to go into the second lane to pass me, there were about 10 cars that got in front of me and there is no excuse for that. I am really tired of the lunch staff being lazy, and especially disappointed in the younger staff, and their terrible attitude and condescending rudeness towards customers. The fact that everyone can hear them talking badly about the people that are in the drive-through baffles me that a manager would allow these conversations to go on. The food quality is subpar, and they are always under cooking fries with no salt, which makes them taste stale. I cannot believe that you have figured out a way to fry fresh fries and have them come out stale and soggy. I have never been to McDonald’s that does this. At least the night staff knows and understands how to cook and salt fries, and for that, I am willing to overlook the inappropriate touching and embracing from behind, that happens in the drive-through windows between the women employees/management. Read moreJust wanted to let management know that I’ve been to this location twice and asked for the military discount, was told “ya I can do that for you,” and then still didn’t get it. You can see clearly on the receipt (pictured) that there was no discount given.
Today, the guy with long red hair and a beard was at the window when I asked for the military discount. He told me that he would, and then he asked me if I ordered the spicy deluxe, which was weird because he had already asked me that when he first opened the window. It seemed like he was asking me to distract me from the discount as he pushed random buttons on the screen to make it look like he was giving me the discount.
He then hands me the receipt and then closed the window faster than I’ve ever seen anyone close a drive thru window.
I don’t like complaining, but if this is happening to me, then it’s probably happening to other veterans, and I think that it’s very unprofessional and rude to the people who helped to...
Read moreNot sure what happened to this location. It's near our house and used to be great. Long standing friendly employees, food was good and they were quick. It's done a complete 180 in the past few months. Almost every time I go I get the wrong order multiple times and have to go back. They send you to the third window and forget about you. Constantly cars pulled over because they can't keep up, even when it's not that busy. A bunch of very young, very rude kids working the windows now. Crazy to give customers attitude because they've been given the wrong order. They offer nothing to make up for their errors and poor service. I'd rather drive out of my way then...
