Five Guys — Restaurant in Millcreek

I would leave negative stars if I could. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I thought my burger was ready and requested that it not be placed in the bag because I was dining in. Apparently I had confused the person making the fries because he gave me the wrong burger. I noticed immediately that it was not my number and did not take the burger. the acting manager made a snarky comment about waiting for my number to be called before coming up to the counter. When my number was finally called, the burger was not what I ordered. When I brought this up, I was met with nothing but hostility. I was shocked at this behavior and requested my money back. I had accidentally thrown my receipt away with some other papers from my wallet while I waited, and therefore was denied a refund. I ended up leaving without a burger or a refund. I reported this to their corporate customer service line.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when my mom and I decided to eat here. We've never been to a Five Guy's restaurant before, but we had heard good things, so we were hopeful. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger, and my mom ordered a Cheeseburger(difference is that this burger has 2 patties instead of one). We both got a regular fry, with medium drinks to go with it. When the total came out to $32, we were skeptical, because we could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper price, but we were still hopeful the food would be good. We thankfully didn't have to wait too long, maybe 5 minutes max. When we got our food, it came in a big, brown plastic bag, which is something I haven't really seen before for dine-in. We got our food out, and tried a bite. And wow, was it really good! It tasted super good, it all seemed fresh, and really professionally done. And the fries were really good too. Also, I'm not big on fry sauce at all, bit their fry sauce was so good! Definitely recommend. Only complaint was the price, not really something to have often, even with the good food. Overall,...

I usually pick up from this location as a delivery driver, there have been delays with orders and now I know why. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my life. I visited on a whim to try it, when it wasn't busy. Cashier was occupied with convo, then finally begrudgingly came to register, was rude, and the entire gang of guys was occupied with talking with eachother. Not 1 smile, greeting or anything. Made me feel uncomfortable just for placing the order. I dined in and tipped 20% on account of also working in the industry, but only for that reason. When they called for my order, the guy gave me an impatient look despite me being only 10 feet away. I have picked up from other locations but never dined in. Won't be doing so here again. I especially feel for customers that order to go or on apps. Often times I have driven 7-10 mins to pick up the order and it hasnt been started upon arrival.
