Rawbean Coffee — Restaurant in Millcreek

Second time here in the last 2 weeks. I should've remembered from the last time, but I was on the phone. I received my 16oz iced coffee, (not even cold brew) head up the canyon for a trip. About 4-5 sips and its gone. No caffeine kicking in... Why? Because my $6.25 ($8.25 after tip) iced coffee was full of ice. Those were expensive sips! Yeah, that happened last time I was there. Lost a customer today guys. Next time I'll go to beans and brew, or better yet, I'll go up the road to Smiths and get a can of coffee or cold brew there. Blond ish hair girl has a bad attitude and is blatantly mean for her incompetence to remember the difference between a 16 and 24 oz drink. Also she doesn’t believe in lactose intolerance so she made sure I had a bad day and gave me a lactose episode. I love raw bean so much too, if you want good service go to the one on 9th and 21st. Or down town. Maybe its not everyone at that raw bean but to the blondish girl who clocked in around 9today you’re mean and you need to get a better attitude, you get paid to do your job and it doesn’t...

I am astonished with the employees. I started going there on and off a few months ago. Right off, they knew exactly what I wanted when I pulled up. I took a few months off and now, I roll up again at 0620 am and they are right on it. I ask them what’s good in their specials they make me something that is exactly what I didn’t know I wanted, because they know what I like, because they remember me.
