It’s very obvious that ownership is either less involved in the day to day operations, turnover is insanely high and they can’t keep good staff, or decisions have been made to focus on profits. It could be a combination of any of the above. I’ve noticed the change over the last few months. After waiting inside for 20minutes for them to place our order and make soda with nobody in front of you that was a sign. Tonight was even worse. We order drinks with raspberry purée. When we got home, the drinks didn’t have any raspberry purée. I called the location to ask them if they ran out of purée. The guy asked me what my name was and I told him. He said we ordered with light raspberry. I looked at the tag on the drinks. I told him the tags don’t say light raspberry purée. He said well, sorry and ended the call. The dude just lied to me and made no effort to rectify the situation. This was not the experience during the opening months with Thirst. We ordered one order of the special pretzel bites and they told us it would be about a 5 minute wait because they were just coming out of the oven. She then charges us for 2 orders so it was $22 for two drinks and one pretzel bite, and couldn’t figure out how to take it off. So we swiped our card for the full amount and she said it would be refunded. We pull our car to the side to wait, and sit there for over 15 minutes so I run inside to see how much longer it will be. They tell me they are just now coming out of the oven (which is what the girl originally told me when I ordered almost 20 minutes ago…) and they’d be out soon. 5 minutes later they bring out the wrong flavor. When I tell them they say they don’t have any ready and there’s nothing they can do except refund us. So now we have paid $22 for a 25 minute wait and 2 drinks!!! You need to be more...
Read moreI've been visiting this Thirst since it's opening, and there have always been small issues, but I've brushed it off because customer service is usually good. I think my last visit was the final straw. I arrived at around 1, and there was one girl working the drive thru, which was almost out onto the street. Then, finally after about 10 minutes of a crawling drive thru line, a boy came out and started helping. However, after about 2 cars, they just sat and talked for a while, completely ignoring the line of cars that kept growing. After a while of the workers doing nothing, the young lady came over to our car to help, but she was so rude and short with me while I tried to order and really didn't listen to anything I was saying.
