This McDonald's needs some help. It was dirty and there was a homeless man who was sitting right inside the door who was loud, smelled awful, and was losing his pants and the management did nothing. They needed to get him some help.
Our food tasted fine and the temperature was fair. Big Macs have gotten smaller since I last ordered one, but everything at fast food restaurants has gone up in price and gone down in size and quality.
The woman wearing the manager shirt was rude. We ordered our food on the kiosk and got one of the table tents and went and sat down. 15 minutes later I went to check on our order. An order was sitting on the counter and no number had been called and it was in to-go bags. I had to wait another 4 minutes before I could get the attention of someone working there as they were all on the side of the counter that you can't see as a customer. Finally the woman wearing the manager shirt came over and I asked which order it was. She said a couple things in it and I told her we had a table tent that we had entered in and had wanted our order for here. It wasn't a huge deal until she pulled a face and said, "Well, here it is." And tossed it to me. She didn't give me my drinks and loudly said, "Excuse me." about 5 times before she came back and curtly said, "What?" I told her we needed our drink cups and she gave me one water cup and one large drink cup. I told her we had 2 Large drinks and 2 waters and she gave me one more Large drink and walked away. I was able to grab another water cup because they were right behind the counter and she obviously didn't care to give me another one.
I took the food to my table and we realized they forgot our large fries. So I brought up my receipt and again had to wait and wait to get someone's attention. I said our fries were forgotten and showed our receipt. She looked at me suspiciously and checked her ordering screens and then she put some fries in a large container, not even full, and shoved the bag in my hands and walked away. She was extremely rude and it wasn't even very busy. I obviously don't know if she was having a hard day or what, but I will not recommend this location to...
Read moreApparently it’s acceptable to sell a $5 chicken sandwich with bread, chicken and 2 pickles. No mayo, no ketchup, just the very basics. I went to the McDonald’s after our dentist appt and the lady at the counter was rude and impatient. I ordered 6 value hamburgers and 2 value chicken sandwiches. She rudely told me that they no longer have value sandwiches and said the chicken ones were $5 now. The rest of the order was 3 large fries and 9 waters. When I got my total, it was $40!!! $40! We don’t go out often so I was like wow I wonder what could have been so much and wondered if I miscalculated. I didn’t dare to ask the lady because she was already being impatient with me. I got my receipt and she charged me a dollar per water. I was like woah hold up. I didn’t know you charged for water now. And she’s like yep we do. So she gives me 9 huge cups and I was like… these are for little kids. Can I get the small water cups? She was like uhhhh let me get a manager. “She wants to change her order.” I was confused. I just wanted smaller waters. So when the manager came over I was like wow when did you guys start charging for water? Then the rude lady said “you asked for 9 LARGE waters so that’s what I got you.” I didn’t in fact ask for 9 large waters. Why would I order 9 large for little kids? Anyways, I don’t know if they are trying to nickel and dime you for everything but McDonald’s no longer has value sandwiches and they no longer care about you as a customer so go somewhere else. Sad! Cuz we use this place as a fun “once in a great while” play lunch. But, they’ve lost my business. I was NOT impressed to say the least. Oh, I forgot one more thing. Their hamburgers that are no longer value sandwiches are the thinnest and smallest hamburgers I’ve ever seen. So they’ve shrunk your sandwiches, taken off your condiments and doubled their prices. Read moreTheir drive thru is horrible. We ordered our order and it was wrong on the screen. We got to the window to let them know of it and I don't think she understood us at all as the items we asked to be fixed weren't and we paid for items we didn't want! At the next window they handed us the bag and we let them know and they said "well we can refund it if you'd like" but we said we'd just keep it as we had a long line of cars behind us as it was the busy breakfast time and just contact management about it.
As we were leaving and checking our order we noticed that they had missed a full meal completely!! We had to pull back to the drive thru as the lobby is closed and the same drive thru attendant thought we said 'milk' when we said meal and even showed her the receipt and said what meal it was!! She just said to go to the next window and they just handed us a thing of milk!! I said "No. No. We didn't get a meal." I handed them the receipt and they began to argue with us and said it was all there. I handed them the bag and said "look in it. Does it look like it's in there?" An associate who I believe was a manager looked thru it and said "oh I guess we did miss one" then literally threw it in there and handed it back to us. The food in the bag was smashed and fell out of the wrappers. I will not be going back to this location at all. Rude service. Not listening to a customer when they are ordering and when a customer says something is wrong fixing it. We should not have to repeat our order multiple times and still not get it right and definitely not have to drive back to get a missed meal only to get attitude and food...
