I normally don’t write reviews but I have spent a lot of money at this Starbucks. I went through the drive thru this morning. The girl who took my order blonde meek looking asked me what I want. I said a matcha that’s everything, she sounded like a robot as she asked me anything else…. No that’s everything I said again. I asked for oat milk and confirmed because I have an allergy to milk. I got my drink, I tipped her, she said nothing. Just gave me my drink not a thank you for coming or for tip or anything. I drove away a block away took a drink it was milk. I went back went thru drive through told he guy he said oh took my drink. No I’m so sorry you just drank milk or sorry you had to drive back. The same girl brought back my drink.. no apology or I hope you’re okay you just drank what you told me you were allergic to or sorry you had to spend gas money. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. Very tactful disrespectful and a plain joke. I told her I used to work at a coffee shop and a simple apology would have gone a long way, she sat there and argued me with me that she didn’t apologize because she wanted me to get my drink quickly🤔🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️I told her it takes two seconds, it’s the Principal and un-human to not even acknowledge a simple mistake. I am originally from the Seattle area, and this Starbucks gives the chain a poor name. I have been here to this location a dozen times, and on at least half of those occasions, the drinks are made incorrectly or completely forgotten without apology. I ordered a Java Chip Frap and received a Caramel one with a ridiculous amount of caramel salt in it, my wife orders reversed Caramel Macchiato w/o foam which are never reversed and all but once have been with foam, and waited almost 10 minutes total (even a few after reminding them) for them to pour me a simple Iced Coffee w/o room (of which, again of course, there was at least a half inch of space from the top of the cup). Almost every other Starbucks I go to, if you politely ask them to remake the drink/if they forgot to make your drink, they are at least apologetic, if not giving you a coupon for another drink to make up for it. This place could hardly have a more disinterested staff. I don't think I'm asking a lot for you to make my drink correctly the first time for $5 each. I would not recommend this location at all - go to Beans & Brews up the street (3300s 800e) if you live near this location and need...
Read moreI had to select a star to give a review otherwise I would have gone with minus 10 star's. Today was the 3rd time I've been to this store in the morning 5a sharp only to finally leave. They never open on time. First time over a year ago, no cars in the parking lot. Lights in the store completely off. Sat in the parking lot for at least five minutes before I pulled out to go find coffee elsewhere. I decided to give it another try about 3 months ago. I had an early morning flight and thought I would enjoy a cup of coffee on my way into the airport. So, I pulled in around 440a. I knew I was early so I waited. There was another car in the parkinglot it was a worker. Finally around 610a a car peels in, tall cacausian blonde woman jumps out and rushes into the Starbucks and then I wait again at the speaker for them to even address me. Today, yet again my stupid ass went thinking those were 2 isolated incidents. Oh, well we got progress because they had lights on, workers inside, they just weren't working.
