Subway — Restaurant in Milledgeville

I dropped in for a steak & cheese wrap and was surprised to see a modern, well appointed store that was clean and swank. Behind the counter was a short, chunky Caucasian female who seemed goofy or stoned. She was trying to spread butter from tiny cups onto bread, but was failing because the butter was too hard to spread. She looked up & took my order, and then, took another order, and another. Next, she confused the three orders. She bungled everything, and then, she tried to take a fourth order. That's when I suggested she do one order at a time & finish it before she started the next. She said, "What a good idea. I wish I'd thought of that." My impression of the shop was five star, but my impression of the spacy sandwich artist...

Terrible customer service. We were the only customer’s in the store and they took 5 minutes to even look at us bc they were on their phones. Told us we couldn’t use the subway coupons because they “are a private store” but when I tried the coupon thru their app for the same location, it worked perfectly fine…..and none of them even smiled once, they all look like they hate being there.
