This Taco Bell is the eye sore of Millington, TN. Went for lunch today, spent almost $25 on cold food that was made as if it was my 4 year old back there preparing food, and honestly, he’d probably do a better job. We were missing a few items, and the items we did get, I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Let’s start with the biggest issue: The Mexican Pizzas were made with hard, stale tostada shells. There were no tomatoes and no sauce on them. They were disgusting and completely inedible. I ordered a hard shell taco with the supreme luxe box, and received a soft shell taco and it didn’t have lettuce on it. My chalupa had no meat on it, just lettuce and cheese. Not sure if the employee possibly just smoked a little too much of that “gas / loud / good good” on their break and just added the lettuce for my taco to my chalupa and forgot the meat. While forgetting the meat is bad enough, I was super irritated to not even receive the 5 layer burrito at all, which basically meant the ONLY items I was able to eat from this box were the stale chips and cold cheese dip and my lettuce-less soft taco I didn’t order. Either way, for $7, I’d expect to at least get what I ordered. I’ve been eating at Taco Bell for the better half of 30 years and never in my life have I had this much of a consistent issue with a fast food restaurant. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I go or who is working, it is always garbage. Please do the City of Millington a huge favor and close down this Taco Bell or at least find employees who give a damn.

Drive thru Ordered a steak quesadilla and lemonade. When I made it to the window I was given a red drink. Although I knew it wasn’t what I’d ordered I tasted to see if maybe I liked it. The drink was awful so at that point I brought it to their attn and was instantly cut short w/ a response that: we don’t have lemonade. I was very disappointed bc I thought if you didn’t have what a customer wanted that you were suppose to inform them and ask them what they’d like instead… but I guess that would be too much like having customer service skills. Aside from being made to take a drink I didn’t want once I was able to eat my food I noticed they didn’t even bother to slice the quesadilla. The food was acceptable; the drink and the customer service was not.

Worst Taco Bell on the planet. Out of oil for the fryer so no gordita crunch. Out of oil... at a "fast food" restaurant? So I went with a crunch wrap supreme that ended up more like a poorly folded lettuce and tomato quesadilla instead. The bean burrito I got, cause you can't mess that up right, was about half an inch thick and wasn't blessed in length either. This place has been a joke for years. Best thing upper management did was told me to name drop 'her' for a free meal. What a joke. I threw the food away and was actually happier afterwards. Yes... It was that bad. For the 16375 time. Avoid at all cost. It's worth the 30 minute drive to go to a decent location. If you want a good laugh... Check out the pics!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. As a former truck driver, I have eaten at a lot of them in 30 years.

Went through the drive through and ordered. After paying and waiting about 5 minutes, I was asked to " pull around" the drive through because my food wasn't ready. This placed me at the back of the line with two cars in front. The first car got their food, and the second car sat at the window talking for 8 - 10 minutes before they received their food. They weren't asked to" pull around" , even though their food wasn't ready. When I finally get the order, and get home, it's cold, not cooked completely, and the wrappers are wet. So, the food is a soggy, nasty, mess. After reheating a soft taco in the microwave, I managed to eat part of it. If it weren't for the packets of taco sauce, I wouldn't have been able to eat it at all. The rest was completely inedible. I didn't want to waste any more time or gas driving back. So I'll just write it off.

We just ate leftovers out of the fridge. It was better than the garbage you folks are pushing out the window over there. It's really ridiculous that you can't make fast food correctly. It's designed to be quick to prepare. But, you can't take the time to make it edible, at least. I wonder if these employees eat nasty, half cooked, tasteless food at home.

Thank God, I wasn't buying food for someone other than family. I would be so ashamed to take this nasty slop to employees or co-workers.

My advice to everyone would be: just don't go there. There are a multitude of places that will be happy to prepare some good, quality food for you. Hell, gas station burritos would be better. Eventually, they will go out...

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Every time I order here something is wrong or made incorrectly. They hardly put any meat in their tacos or burritos and everything falls apart when you try to eat it like it wasn't wrapped/prepared correctly. I like some taco with my tortilla.

The staff is the absolute worst. It's all high school kids who obviously have managers that don't care what they are up to on the clock. I see them on their phones constantly and no one knows what customer service is when it comes to talking and interacting with customers. Most of the time the drive-thru person just says "Taco Bell" when you pull up, thats it. Not "how can I help you" or "order when you're ready" so I'll just sit there and wait to see what they want until a minute later they say "what do you want?" And then when you get to the window to pay? 90% of the time the person at the window doesn't even acknowledge you, they just open the window, take your payment, and hand it back. No "your total was _" or asking if there's anything I need like sauce. Heck, there's hardly ever a hello or a thank you as you get ready to drive off.

How does a Taco Bell run out of prepared food either? I understand running out of certain stock items like maybe tomatoes or something, but beef? How did it come to a 30 min wait for more beef to be cooked? Definitely shows that someone wasn't doing their job and kitchen staff were not communicating with each other that they were running low on beef.

If you can avoid it, do not eat at this Taco Bell. The ONLY reason I put up with them is because the next closest one is too...

So my husband and I walk in , and when we look up from entering the store , managers are screaming at each other , the dt line was wrapped around twice over , lobby is full of ppl complaining about how they’ve waited 30-45 minutes for their food to be handed out , the food is good , but yal need to work better on your staff and ESPECIALLY the managers, the simple fact that practically the whole line and front counter was management and they could not get it together! Cops were called because a customer was sitting in the counter; he had been waiting a whole hour simply bc yals managers couldn’t figure out who was cooking the food. The young lady with short black hair and glasses was asked TWICE by a customer for a refund , the lady stood there for45 min just for a refund because the short haired manager refused to do it.THE ONLY GOOD EMPLOYEE YAL HAD IN THAT STORE WAS A YOUNG LADY NAMED DESTINY. she had to make each customers in lobby ; their order BY HERSELF with no help! That’s sad she got her stuff together and worked thru all the drama and bullshit and still came out looking like the best manager there! , the girl deserves a raise and a good high five for not loosing her cool with customers and making the food for the lobby customers. I’m in management and never in my life have I seen so much crap behind the counter that I seen and experienced, not have a waited a hour and a half for my food. The only reason I’m giving three stars is for the fact that destiny did her job well!!THANK YOU DESTINY!! Get it together Taco Bell!!...
