Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Millington

Just left with my family. We came for a sweet treat after a nice pool day. The ladies on staff didn’t know the manager.. Livya became the spokeswoman for everyone. “We don’t know her number, we can’t give out her number, idk her email”…. But if you are willing to provide poor customer service, be willing to give the manager/owner number out as well. Im suppose to wait till Monday to call and talk to the owner Ms.Jen, or Ms. somebody. The name changed several times as well. If u are working in a service based job… be willing to serve all ethnicities AND be kind to all ages… not just your kind. It’s a shame, those ladies were so young, and the hatefulness was so real. I do however appreciate the African American young lady, once she realized what happened… she tried to save the experience. I do believe this was Olivia. I could be wrong… they provided their names at the end( supposedly). Olivia, Livya, Audrey, and Brooklyn, are the names provided. We won’t be back. Warning to all people who are ordering their food items from Baskin-Robbins on Doordash, these two women are lazy, nasty, and need to be fired. I ordered my food to be delivered several times hoping to have better results and still the same. Someone in management needs to look at what those girls are doing specifically to the Doordash orders. They are treating customers who are patronizing this business like trash. If I ordered three scoop, Three different flavors, why did you give me a half scoop in one big cup with one flavor? No utensils and also you cheated me out of my money. As long as I've lived in the area I never understood how Baskin Robbins was able to maintain. I'm not big on ice cream so going there wasn't on my things to do list. Everytime I drive by there's never cars there and today I understood why. I went in and Whitney was absolutely amazing! She is so kind, polite, professional, fast, and informative. The short time I was there she helped four people with their needs and got them in and out. She gave me background to the flavors in question and was so sweet. She is such an asset to the company. I'll definitely be back because of her and how great the ice cream was....
